Hello @Vaneiri_Patt, Unfortunately there isn't a greater than search type parameter the closest that can be done would be to use the contains search parameter, specify the date field in the feature service, then enter 2023 in the search text.

Hello @SwathiBommidi, When you say the reference number has changed, where has it changed? In the feature service data, when generating a report, or when edit the record in Survey123?

Hello @BrandonA_CDPH, Thank you! I've gone ahead and linked this post to both of our internal issues for these features. Please feel free to reach out to Esri Technical Support to be attached to ENH-000116220, at least in our internal database it doesn't look like we have an official Tech Support ENH requesting OS light/dark mode support so please have them log a new ENH (if not already existing) requesting that and I can get it mapped to our internal issue.

Hello @EthanLambert, On the choices worksheet is looks like you may be using an incorrect field, the field NAME doesn't exist in the feature service schema. I had switched it to Employee_Name since that was in the schema. For the search() appearance syntax there are more arguments given then what the syntax supports. Here is the full syntax for the search() appearance: search(‘tableName’, ‘searchType’, ‘searchColumn’, ‘searchText’, ‘filterColumn’, ‘filterText’) Based on what was in cell F6 I had switched it to autocomplete search('employee?url=https://services1.arcgis.com/79kfd2K6fskCAkyg/arcgis/rest/services/Louisville_Metro_KY_Employee_Salary_Data/FeatureServer/0','matches','Department','Parks & Recreation', 'CalYear','2022') That updated syntax had worked on my end, here is a copy of the same XLSForm with the changes.

Hello @JurassicFibre, Is there a reason why you are using the Global ID field instead of the GUID field? Based on the workflow it seems like using the GUID field would be more appropriate, here's a KB article that discusses a similar workflow.

Hello @BrandonA_CDPH, Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to configure the form to automatically display based on the OS's theme. We do have an issue in our backlog requesting this for a future enhancement to Survey123. We have this ArcGIS Idea logged as well requesting the feature. For the color of a calculated value unfortunately that is also an issue in our backlog for a future enhancement. This enhancement is logged as ENH-000116220.

Hello @ChrisYoung2, Checking the share status of the report template will need to be done in ArcGIS Online. The report template should be stored in the surveys folder within the survey owners content. Within the surveys folder you should see the Microsoft Word item and be able to see it's share status:

Hello @ChrisYoung2 @JenniferAcunto, Users with Creator user types and Publisher roles should be able to create reports. A few considerations is the user will need to have the ability to create content & have the report template shared with them. Can you please explain a little what your non-administrative users are seeing? Are they seeing the report button greyed out? If the report button is greyed out if they hover over it what is the message returned? It may be possible the report template may not be shared with the user, if that's the case they will need to have the report template shared with them.
