If you have a functioning web map then just open the same web map in #collector; you should see your domain values. There's no need to create anything more than the web map for this to work. Just open #collector on your phone/tablet/Windows 10 device and then open the web map. Please let me know.

Yeah sorry, I don't see anything besides text. I've been replying to the conversation here on GeoNet instead of direct email, perhaps that's why you're seeing my images and yours are lost?

If you want to add an attachment via the webmap, simply click on the asset and then click here: If you want to add an attachment from within Collector, you'll need to click on the Camera icon as I showed in the previous reply. The way to enable attachments is via the Feature Service's Overview page: Does this help?

I imagine with a very wide monitor I'd still end up resizing Pro/ArcMap to a reasonable width so I could still fit Excel/Word simultaneously. IDK if there's a "right" solution, but I imagine a lot of us have at least these couple applications up and running along with Outlook, but I could be mistaken.

When you enable attachments in collector, you will be able to add photos. The only difference you will see in the interface once you've enabled attachments will be this camera icon: Does this help?

If you're looking for free sources, you've got more than a little bit of work ahead of you. You might find some luck contacting different county assessors and requesting their data, but there's no standard schema for this type of information so you're in for a lot of work. Some assessors provide free data, others require payment so YMMV. If you have money to spend on your project, you could contact one of the various consolidated parcel providers such as Corelogic.

Kory Kramer good effort, but I don't think we/you're gonna sell her on the concept. Some workflows still require paper and #agol may not be the best fit. Personally, every time I've moved clients from paper to web they've been curious at first and then they can't get enough. YMMV.

Please describe your workflow a bit more. #AGOL supports both domains and subtypes in Collector.

When I click on an asset, this is what I see: If I click on the little arrow next to the asset, then I can work through the relationships - Poles to Streetlights (1:M), and then Poles to StreetlightsWork (1:M): Are you not seeing this functionality?

What you're describing is the expected behavior. When you click on the asset (Well) you'll be able to view the list of related records, then your crew will need to click on the individual records to see the actual related record itself. This is how it works. Does this make sense?
