Just got the information from Esri Technical Support that they opened a case: [ENH-000108816] Provide multiple sorting for Infographic Widget in Web AppBuilder ArcGIS Online Thanks to all for your votes.

With the AGOL September 2017 update, the infographic widget allows to sort the values by an attribute which is really nice. Yet for our client, it is not sufficient. The use case is the following: We have measurements at a given date in a given depths (multiple depths per day). They are stored in a related table and then, the results of the query widget are displayed in a graph (using the e.g. the dashboard theme). The x-Axis shows the date of the measurement (Feature by feature), sorted by depth, but the dates are displayed randomly. I would like to have them sorted by date as second sorting criteria, because it is hard to follow the change over time, if there is no sorting. It could be something like: Thanks for consideration. There have already been discussions about that, and I really hope that this is under consideration 🙂 Can you have attributes display for Vector Tiles? https://community.esri.com/message/646788-vector-tile-layers-and-querying And actually, already a similar (same?) idea: Vector Tile Layers Querying/Legends cc Kelly Gerrow

+1 The GP-Tool Kelly Gerrow mentions only works for one attachment, I would like to show all of the pics associated/attached to a point... It would also be nice to rename "Attachments:", or hide it. The new web based Dashboard has a very nice solution for showing attachments in Pop ups. It would be awesome to have this also in web maps and apps, eventually with the option to get the full size image/attachment when clicking on the thumbnail and give a speaking Name instead of the filename... cc Aaron Pulver

Yes, I agree! My use case is a bit different. I would like to add the query filters selected by the user into the description of the graph, when using the Infographic Widget on the query output result. This might eventually be done using Arcade. I was in contact with Esri Technical Support and they logged the following enhancement request, so it would be cool if this idea gets some support from other users: ENH-000107791: Web App Builder Infographic Widget should have option to generate graph descriptions based on queries. infographic widget arcade query widget

In the Web Map you usually find the copyrights/credits/attribution for all the layers within the map. This information usually comes from the "Credits (Attribution)" field in the item details. But there is a special case. Suppose you are using an external WM(T)S for your basemap, the credits come from the capabilities of the services, which overrules even the information you put in your item details (in case you create an item for the external service). I needed to to this for the Sentinel-2 global cloudless mosaic – EOX (Check the License chapter on the bottom of the page). The WMTS endpoint combines several other data and has a general information in the <ows:AccessConstraints>-tag of the capabilities: https://tiles.maps.eox.at/wmts/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml https://community.esri.com/groups/technical-support says that there is no way for them to modify the attribution of that WMTS. But I found a workaround: - Login to ArcGIS Online Assistant - Choose: I want to... "View an Item's JSON" - Select your (base)map using the external Service - Scroll down to the "Data" part of the JSON and click the pen to edit - Write your attribution in the copyright text between the double quotes in the "baseMap"-Section (see screenshot). - If you add a <a>-tag, use single quotes for the URL - Save - Refresh the Web Map and the changes are reflected. Note: If you have already other web maps using that base map, you need to edit their json manually as well. They are not updated automatically.

Michael, Among other limitations, the shapefile spec has a restriction to 10 characters for field names (Limitations: Shapefile - Wikipedia, full spec: http://www.esri.com/library/whitepapers/pdfs/shapefile.pdf ). I'm sorry, but I don't think that you will be able to change this, but you can wait for Esri Inc.'s reply to confirm. Best, Annina

Hi Michael, As far as I know, shapefiles do not support a "built-in" alias. So your idea might be rejected. I see the following options: Really reduce your fieldnames to 10 chars (might be real cryptic, but at least the will not be cut on export) and then provide some explanation in the metadata Download your data as .geojson Add the service in your DesktopGIS export to sql, gdb... Vote up/comment on this idea to move it back on the radar (it's there since 2015): https://community.esri.com/ideas/10359 (especially "like" the comment from Andrew Stauffer 🙂 -> geopackage support) HTH, Annina open data formats geopackage field name alias
