Hi @IsmaelChivite Does the dynamic function work in the webform as well? I was also wondering the new address question will consume the credits? Thank you! Kerry

I have trouble seeing my current location on both online and offline maps using iPad that does not have any cell services linked. If I click the arrow icon that is supposed to show my current location, it eventually says 'GPS location not available'. My current location is visible thoguh If I use it while using 'Add Offline Area'. Can anyone help me out what's missing and why it does not work on my device? When I test on my cell phone and it works fine but not the iPad. Cheers Kerry

Hello all, I was wondering if anyone has experience with url parameters in FIeld Maps that pass the line feature's geometry to Survey123. Is it feasible currently? We need to capture lines that represent trails in offline use, but we hope to avoid preparing offline maps due to limitations in the devices' storage. So to be safe, hope to draw lines using Field Map's offline map and utilize it in the survey to complete the rest of the questions. Cheers, Kerry

Does your URL pass the x y location with lat and long value? If you added a default URL it opens the survey only but the location from the field maps won’t be passed. Make sure to get x y values (using arcade) and add it as url parameters. I assume you use it for offline?

Hello all, I am not sure if this error happens due to using Field Maps or just an error in the map. I hope to get some advice. My arcade expression that opens Survey123 does not seem to work once in a while. - it's very random. it sometimes happens for more than 5 min whenever I click the points, or sometimes I click for 10 min and no errors observed. Once I create a point in the map, it grabs the nearest address point and use this information to build survey123 url. It will show as a link. Most of the time, it shows the link as expected, but if I click again, it may show an error like the second image. While I was demoing this to someone else, the person kept getting errors but I did not when we clicked the same point. Any clue what cause this error? For some information, I used 'Classic map viewer' and Field Maps app version 21.2.1 on the iOS device. Thanks. Kerry

Hello all, I am trying to apply textures on the 3D building model using ArcGIS Pro. The texturing images in the rule package I downloaded do not quite match with the area I was working on so I hope to replace some images with what I've prepared. However, I was not able to zip them into a rule package. Is there a way that I can create a rule package from Pro or somewhere without using CityEngine? I don't have the license. Thank you. K

Hello @MatthewBradbury Could you share how you made it work? I posted a question yesterday, here is how I prepared my csv. https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/pulldata-with-dates/m-p/1086371#M36345 Thanks.

Hello all, I have a scenario where users select a week number (string) and also need to select from/ to date using date fields. To reduce manual entry for dates and prevent typing errors, I used pulldata as shown below so from date and to date fields are auto-filled when users select a week number. It works fine in the mobile app, but it does not work in the web form - is it expected behavior due to 'date'? I thought it would work because it's still pulldata functions. Does anyone know if there is a workaround? Thanks. Kerry

Does that geopoint need to be hidden for some reasons? Otherwise, you can apply 'yes' under 'read only' field in the geopoint question. Then it will grab the location automatically, but users won't able to change the locations at all. Cheers, Kerry

Hi Jason, Try something like this, using concat to connect HTML code and variables (${}). I roughly wrote so this may still contain the error, but basically you want to build a code to fit in under a href's url using concat and also the rest of HTML part. Hope this helps. concat('<a href="mailto:',${Email},'?subject= Review of', ${sp_number},"&body=",${sp_number}, "- ",${name}," has been revired and has a status of " ,${status},',",>Click Here to send status update email</a>') Cheers, Kerry

Hi Rakesh, I think you can apply 'hidden' in the geopoint' appearance field, so it still captures user's location but not visible for them. Hope it helps. Cheers, Kerry

Hello, I'd like to provide more information what I have been today, but it still does not work. I used a query page to get the accurate url pattern that I'd like to apply. I noticed that there was '+' for space, so I applied that in the url scheme in the Javascript file. After I fixed, it will look like this (Project_Name = 'Sample Project-Phase1'). To confirm, I coped and pasted the url in the browser, and I could see the json return, just like shown in my mobile app and Connect. However, it still shows nothing in the webform. https://services1.arcgis.com/../FeatureServer/0/query?where=Project_Name+%3D+%27Sample+Project-Phase1%27&outFields=*&returnGeometry=false&&f=pjson&token= Should I pass x, y to get the json return in web form like the featureByLocation code sample in the Connect? I am still not clear what makes different in my javascript pulldata. When I checked the development tool, it shows the error below. Does it indicate the error that I have,,? "DevTools failed to load SourceMap: Could not load content for chrome-extension://.../sourceMap/chrome/content.map: HTTP error: status code 404, net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME"

Hi Chelsea, I usually create a view layer from the survey feature layer’s overview page directly. Then this case any changes applied in the survey layer can be inherited to the view layer and hardly need to reconfigure any associated apps. make sure to share the view layer with the group you have for stakeholders. Hope it helps. cheers, kerry

Hello all, I used to check our web apps' usage since the app was created in the mid april in 2020 . Last week, I realized that the usage search only offers up to 1 year range, and had to some manual calculation to get the cumulated total and average usage per day. It was quite inconvenient and I hope to get the number using Python API. I searched some resources but I don't see any example which actually used a custom range. Has anyone done it? What all I need is total cumulated number and daily average. Even if I cannot do over 1 year, if I can apply custom date range with Python API, I can probably skip manual calculation work. Cheers, Kerry
