Hello all,
I am trying to apply textures on the 3D building model using ArcGIS Pro. The texturing images in the rule package I downloaded do not quite match with the area I was working on so I hope to replace some images with what I've prepared. However, I was not able to zip them into a rule package. Is there a way that I can create a rule package from Pro or somewhere without using CityEngine? I don't have the license.
