Amir, Thank you for your reply. Yes this only seems to happen when we use the Task. My colleagues and myself have noticed that we cannot run the Task more than 1 or 2 times consecutively before having to close and reopen a fresh Pro project. It has become nearly impossible to use the same Project after running the Task multiple times. We have concluded that the Task runs best with a fresh project. We are using version 3.0.2. If I am being honest, 3.0.x performance has been far worse than 2.x. Chad

Hello All, I have created a Task to help correct errors in our PLSS Parcels in our Parcel Fabric. With each step of the Task, the performance of Pro slows noticeably. And if I use the Task in the same project to correct multiple PLSS parcels, Pro nearly grinds to a halt. Additionally, when I close Pro after using the Task I always receive the same warning message (see attachment). Is there anyway to clear the Cache/Clipboard intermittently while editing a version? Thank you

Hello All, I have begun the process of Georeferencing Plats of Survey for our parcels. However, when I try to 'Move', 'Scale', and/or 'Rotate' the plat in Pro it disappears from view. I can load the Plat of Survey into Pro just fine (see attachment '1_LoadedPlat') but after setting SRS and then activating the 'Move' command from the 'Prepare' group the Plat disappears (see attachment '2_LoadedPlat'). I can get the plat to reappear if I click 'Add Control Points' from the 'Adjust' group (see attachment '3_AddControlPoints') but if I select the 'Move', 'Scale', and/or 'Rotate the plat will disappear again. Any help would be greatly appreciated! FYI: I have tried this in both version 2.9.3 and 3.0.1. I have also tried using a PDF > Export to TIFF and PDF > export to PNG

@AmirBar-Maor Thank you for responding! The reason I am trying to get rid of this vertex and others like it, is we want to correct and avoid any gaps and/or misalignment issues between our parcel types. After migration many of our parcel types lost coincidence, this happened for a few reasons. However, there are numerous instances within our data where coincident lines do not share the same number of vertices. This has caused small overlaps and gaps between many of our parcel types. I also assumed that a point(s) on a line would have some affect when performing any type of spatial adjustments? And removing non relevant points and/or vertices would also improve spatial integrity? They do but I have been removing the erroneous vertex and/or vertices from them too. This includes lines and rebuilding the parcel.

Hello, I am currently attempting to clean-up our parcel data. One component of this clean-up process includes removing unnecessary and/or unwanted vertices from parcel lines. For the most part, I have been able to successfully remove said vertices. However, in some instances the vertices reappear after validating topology and I am confused as to why this is happening. I have been removing the unwanted vertices using one of two processes. One, shrink parcel and delete the vertice(s) from the appropriate parcel line and rebuild parcel. Repeat the process for any parcels and/or line(s) that are coincident and/or shared. For the other process, I shrink the parcel, redraw the erroneous lines, rebuild the parcel. In this scenario I also copy and paste the corrected line(s) to any other parcels that are coincident and/or shared. Both of the above processes work but once I validate topology the unwanted vertices reappear despite not being present in the lines or polygons prior to validating. I have attached screen captures to illustrate what is happening. I want to reiterate that I am also removing the erroneous vertex and/or vertices from any shared line and shrinking and rebuilding those parcels too. Any guidance, suggestions, or assistance would be greatly appreciated!

Amir, Thank you for getting back. Yes I would be interested in setting up a meeting to discuss the misalignment between administrative and non-administrative parcels. When we met last summer we discussed using the 'Import Parcel Points' and 'Rubbersheeting' GP tools to help correct a similar issue. We had mixed results with those tools. Two of the administrative parcel types (Land_Use and Site_Boundary) share the same record and their outer boundaries should be coincident. However, in many instances they are not coincident. These two parcels types outer boundaries should also be coincident with the outer boundaries of our 'OwnershipParcels.

For example, there is a parcel line that measure N-00-00-00-W 500 ft. I new parcel is acquired that shares the same line but only the east 250 ft. thereof. How do you depict both measurements on the same line? Or do you simply create a new parcel line that is 250 ft. that will overlaps the 500 ft. line?
