Steve,   Are you trying to update the layer or the attachment table?  Are you trying to make the attachment table pull the ID from the layer?  If you are trying to update the attachment table when the layer is changed, then you need to use update-linked-record If you are trying to add the layer ID when a new attachment is attached, it looks like it will not work, as the REL_ field is empty or not set when the attachment is created.  Is does work when you trigger it manually.  I did find a bug with Copy Linked Record and global IDs that I will fix for next release.  Thanks! ... It appears you changed the parameter names, not the values.  You need to change the values.  I would go back to the original config to ensure you have all the parameters again. The tool is included in a number of solutions. Which one did you download? Make sure to unzip the solution and open the map included. It should have all layers and the required tables in the TOC. Just start editing. The dynamic value table defines the rules. ... View more
