We added a new switch state called Open-Traceable. This switch state is a condition barrier for the subnetwork definition. In your scenario, one Tie Switch would be set to Open, and one set to Open-Traceable. When you run Export Subnetwork, you override the Subnetwork Definition and remove this condition barrier. The de-energized section is included in the subnetwork that the Open Traceable tie switches subnetwork. The phase information of that section is still reported as De-energized, as result of propagation is not recalculated on Export Subnetwork.

All the tools and steps in the new Sewer can be used for Stormwater. The Editor Map in Storm is very close the the Asset Type map in Sewer. We are working on an update to Sewer to include a combined model and an update to Storm so it aligns with the other foundation solutions.

I am not familiar with the ArcMap process that uses that table for validation. What process/tool uses it? My suggestion would be to look at Data Reviewer and recreate these these validation checks.

If the domain is not inline, should be no issue adding a new code, if the topology is disabled. I would suggest using code 8, as the phase domain is based on bits. Do you use propagation? If so, only controllers can introduce bits, so ensure that the controller has the correct value with N.

If the table is branched and published in the same Feature Service as the UN, it can be in the same version as the UN features, so when they are in a UN version, the table will be in the same version, so their value is only in that version. Sounds like it should work.

Could be the format of the globalids. Do they have {}? Can you use fiddler or something and share what the payload looks like? Compare that to the payload when you make association in Pro. The other thought I had, have you tried the append gp tool? You can make a table view from the url and call change version(gp) on it.

The association table supports ApplyEdits, so you just need to craft the apply edits payload just like editing any other feature service/table. The association table is always layer id 500001
