Hi Shari I found a few issues in your survey. Your if statement contains inconsistent single quotes - some of them seem to have been copied from Word so they have a different format. I usually copy those text blocks into Notepad to get rid of any special characters and then copy it from there into my Excel sheets. I do however suspect the biggest problem was that ProjectNo is defined as an integer and the selected() function compares it to a String value. I would change the bind::type for ProjectNo to string it should fix your survey: bind::type changes the way Survey123 looks at your field in survey calculations such as selected() I have attached a working Excel design file for your survey. Just as a side-note: Usually when I have this publishing issue, I add the new fields straight into AGOL or Portal and then republish the survey with the same changes. For just a few changes this works well - especially if your changes are inside repeats or nested repeats. But as @ZacharySutherby says, the new version should fix the republish issue

Our client has an issue where when they try to export filtered Survey123 data from the Survey123 website, it hangs and never completes. Is there anyone that can assist with this?

Hi As far as I know the Outbox will always allow the users to edit it - currently there isnt an option to block users from editing records in the Outbox.

Hi If they use the map they can manually place the location of the asset by moving the location pin to wherever the asset is, they dont have to use the device location and you can even force the inspector to use the map instead of the device location by inspecting the geopoint question in your survey: positionSourceType Category of the position source. Hi Yes I also thought it could be the repeat per household... but i fell short of fixing it 😞 And it works on the Survey123 mobile app - it just fails on the web

Hi @HasanGüler From looking at your JS script I see you have a variable called "string". This could be a reserved keyword - I would propose renaming it to "source_string" or something like. I can simulate the error you're getting though - will troubleshoot it from my side as well.

Hi Kimberly What I would do is to create the survey the way you want it in Survey123 with your repeats and everything in it. Publish this survey to AGOL then download the Feature Service created for your survey to a FGDB. Pull this FGDB into ArcGIS Pro and have a look how they made it work... That should give you insight into why yours might not be working.

Hi You should be able to use S123 Connect to download the survey onto your desktop. Then you can click on the options for a survey and select "Save as" and copy it to a new survey. You can then publish that survey from Connect to your new account. Hope that helps

Hi Yes that is correct, it sorts alphabetically, not by the data in your records. If you want to sort by date you could potentially format the date in your instance name to be dd/mm/yyyy
