Unable to access surveys and load data from surveys

Hello everyone,

I’m encountering an issue with accessing the Survey123 website to view our survey results. In addition, we are unable to submit surveys or load the data in the Map Viewer.

The page keeps loading continuously and eventually becomes unresponsive.

Has anyone experienced this issue before, or can suggest possible troubleshooting steps?

Is this on the Survey123 field app? Maybe you could enable diagnostics and check in the log file if it is.

>load the data in the Map Viewer.

Go to your browser's menu. Then choose More Tools / Developer Tools (or equivalent for the browser you are using) Then see if you can see any errors in the log.
