that last line of the message might be what's causing it. are you on a network? because you might have lost a connection needed for that license to be read

Are you trying to identify areas that overlap? Because you would need to set up a topology for that, but it's pretty simple to do.

it tends to happen after a construct from parent operation on a parcel with curves. a lot of the new master planned subdivisions in my area are nothing but curved lines and i've run into this a handful of times. i have no idea how they're made but if i recall tech support is aware but there's no fix.

check to see if either or both of your parcels have line strings, if they do explode them. also check to see if there's a ghost connection line in your parcel, if that's there delete it. it's a connection line that shouldn't be there or unconnected to the parcel

that's really strange that they're different, but i literally haven't touched that dictionary since i finished setting up our production database. i generally tend to rely on the website version of the documentation though, since it seems to be more regularly updated.

when i made our production parcel fabric i enabled the LGIM before i loaded any data from the LGIM staging geodatabase. i'm not sure where you got this version of the data dictionary for the LGIM, but the one available here lists the lrParcelType Local Government Information Model data dictionary—Help | ArcGIS Desktop

i think you need to enable the LGIM model before loading your data into your production database. either way, something is wrong with your parcel fabric because you are missing the domain table that defines the parcel types. i would just nuke it and start over from scratch with your original data. i've attached a screen shot from my LGIM with a test parcel copied into the cadastral framework (we don't use PLSS in my state, so this part of the fabric goes unused)

if the jobs are already committed you should be able to delete them from the job book. switch over to your default version, start an edit session. click on the parcel editor menu, then scroll down to the job book. click to open the job book, select the jobs, right click -> delete.

I just tried to make a 1" curve parcel in my fabric and it worked just fine - Jack Horton is probably right about your parcel being incorrectly typed. If it's incorrectly typed or not typed at all you'll see the points but nothing else.

I have tried to do this before with the LGIM and there is no way to add other parcel types to the tree that appears in your Table of Contents. I have had some moderate success with adding new domains to a basic parcel fabric and utilizing custom definition queries to make a customized display for my data that does not nicely fit into the LGIM. For example, I maintain parcels that represent municipal utility districts and there's no built-in layer definition for that in the LGIM. So the MUDs go into my customized basic fabric that is stacked above my LGIM with my subdivisions and tax parcels in the Table of Contents.

can you post some screen shots of your process? because it sounds like the topology loader should have spit out some errors if it couldn't load your polygons.
