I have created a web app using the Information look up web app from AGOL. The map consistent of buffers around our water lines in their respected water service area. I want to use this app for the public to look up their address and see what service area they are in along with a pop-up with other information regarding their water source, how it is treated ect. However the search bar does not seem to want to work. when I type an address in it doesn't zoom. It just sits there. is this a known bug? Just wondering if anybody else experienced this. Or do I not have something configured right. I like this app and want to use it but if the search bar doesn't work going to have to find a different app. Any help would be great. Thanks.

Has anybody else experienced issues with the explorer where it just sits there and says signing in and doesn't go anywhere else. Basically it freezes up. Last time we had this issue I just deleted the app downloaded it again and it worked fine for about a week or two now it is acting up again. Frustrating because I am trying to get my field guys to use this but it keeps getting really buggy. Just wanting to know if it's just us.

I created a new enterprise gdb and created a replica of our default sde data. I registered the new gdb as versioned and set all the privileges so that they mirror our current gdb that has our replication that this new one is going to replace. However after I published an mxd hitting our new gdb to arcreader and when I opened the pmf on the employees computer I am getting the red exclamation point telling me data is inaccessible. I am pretty sure that I have the privileges established the same as the old one and they can see that data. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance. We are currently using 10.1

I create a lot of maps that have our main operational layers in them but are tailored differently for different depts. The pop-ups for each map tend to be configured the same for the operational layers involved in the map. Is there a way to "import" configured pop-ups from one map to another so how don't have to configure the same pop-ups for each map that I make.

Vince Thanks for the detailed response. The SDE gdb that I deleted was not in use by anybody or being used I created it but never put it to wide range use.

How do I go about permanently deleting an enterprise sde gdb. I know that you can right click and delete in ArcCatalog but that just deletes your connection to the gdb. But how do I permanently delete the gdb.

Thanks everybody for your help. I didn't realize that you can have the keycode file anywhere I always thought it had to point to the default location. So I appreciate everyone's help. Erik

So I want to create a new SDE GDB. The issue I am having is how to enter the path to my keycodes properly. I keep getting back the invalid file location error message. The keycode file is located on our gis server on the C drive. How do I represent the "C" in my file path in the tool so that it finds my keycode. Our IT people showed me once and I forgot.. I thought it was using $ or this %. for example \\my server\$ or % \program files\ESRI\license10.1\sysgen\keycodes. Any help on this would be great Erik
