We are currently running 10.1 and I created a new f.c. in an existing dataset in our enterprise gdb. I have been doing a lot of editing on the layer. The problem I am having is that when I try to preview the layer in ArcCatalog it does not display the geography. However i can view all the records in the table. When I go to the properties of the layer and click on the xy coordinates system tab it shows it as having the correct coordinates as all the other layers in the dataset. However it is grayed out and I can't select it. In fact all the layers under this dataset has the xy coordinates grayed out under the coordinates tab. But the new layer I created is the only one that will not display in Catalog. And when I add the new layer first to ArcMap it will not display. However all the other layers if I had them first to ArcMap will display properly. Any suggestions to get the layer to behave properly would be greatly appreciated.

I have a table in my sde that i want to replicate. However when it was registered the "move edits to base" was checked. Therefore I can not replicate it. If I just un-register then re-register the table will this fix my problem.

So I went to import my schema changes from my parent to child replica. It allowed me to do some but was receiving an error for the "Update Domain" changes. The error message I was getting was "Import replica schema changes failed. The existing domain type does not match that of the updated domain." So I opened both enterprise gdb's and found the ones that were listed in my "Import Schema Changes Wizaed" as "UpdateDomain" and found in deed that the field type in the domain properties was a "Float" in the parent gdb. and a "double" in the child gdb. So I tried to make the changes in the Child gdb to match the field type under the domain properties in the parent and got the following error message when I clicked ok. "Failed to update one of the domains. The existing domain field type does not match that of the updated domain." Confused why I am getting the second error message when they should be the same after I make the change. Do I need to make the change somewhere else other than ArcCatalog? We are running 10.1 by the way

I am working on installing the web adaptor on our dmz. The web adapter installed ok. The issue I am having is at the configuration page. I entered our ip address along with the port number of our gis server. entered all the administrator username and password. Then when I hit configure the url redirects me to a sub directory that doesn't exist. so it looks like this: //website name/arcgis/webadaptor/webadaptor why is it trying to redirect me to a subdirectory that isn't there. By adding the second "webadaptor" to the end of the url after I hit configure. Any help would be great.

Is it possible to have control over labeling in AGO. I want to be able to stack labels or move position of label in map. Or is this not possible yet? I know that you can label but want to know if there is more control of your labeling.
