I'm publishing a mapping service that's derived from a Geo JSON feed to show information about electric vehicle charging locations.  I created a URL based on the documentation here.  I published a service in ArcGIS Online, and it works great. I wanted to update the service with a new URL with modified parameters; instead of filtering for just EV sites I wanted to include all alternative fuel stations.  I couldn't find anywhere to change the URL.  When I click the button to update the data it looks like it refreshes data from the current URL. So that makes me wonder, does the hosted feature service store a copy of the data when it's created and requires periodically updating, or is it showing live data from the Geo JSON feed? Also, is there a way to modify the existing feature service using a new URL, or do I have to create a new service? Thanks. ... View more

We primarily use ArcGIS Pro with attribute rules to automate functions in our data, like creating unique IDs and performing spatial calculations.  But we have some legacy programs that still require using ArcMap, which doesn't support feature classes with attribute rules.  It would be great if there was an option in the Environment tab when performing a Feature Class to Feature Class or Feature Class to Geodatabase, to delete the attribute rules.  Currently I'm using Model Builder to remove the attribute rules, but you have to do so one feature class at a time. I'm working on our road/address data management system, and some of the fields of my road centerline identify the attributes of polygons on either side of the road centerline.  For example, Subdivisions, Zip Codes, Postal Cities, and Municipalities. I'd like to create an attribute rule to automatically populate this data when creating or updating a line feature.  It would be easy enough to identify the intersecting polygon, but can I do so for polygons on the left or right side of the line based on the direction of digitization? I'm developing a damage assessment solution using a hosted feature service. I'd like to create a dashboard that displays a sum of the total estimated building damage cost based on a calculation in the map using the parcel where the collected assessments intersect. I can't use a calculated field because those don't support offline maps, and being able to take my map offline is a hard requirement. I created some Arcade expressions in my map popup to calculate things like Parcel ID, Building Value, and Estimated Damage Cost based on the parcel where the point intersects in the map, using the Intersects($map.Parcels, "") reference. However, Dashboards won't let me use those expressions because it queries the data source, and not the map.  If there was an option to do so, it would make my life a whole lot easier. ... View more

Our county's Mosquito Control division has asked us to update thier fog zones so that they accurately represent areas that can be driven for three hours, going fifteen miles per hour.  All of their vehicles are dispatched from a single location, but they don't need to restrict their travel time until they reach their assigned zone where they start and stop spraying. Is it possible to create non-overlapping service areas without using facility locations?  Kind of like a tessellation, but instead of equal areas of land, it would be area in a road network by travel time.     ...
