I think you will want to use Pro and Append with the setting to keep globalids (and hope it actually works) or all your repeats are broken.  That is why I leave the built in globalid relates but also have my own key with a relate as well.  Otherwise if you move anything your are in trouble.  globlalid is a poor relate choice in my experience.  If you are stuck now.  Add a new field in the original survey then calc over the globalid so at least you have a way to fix the repeats later.  Add that field to the new form too of course. @LoganPhoenix We found that if you use the 4 dot button in the Select widget next to the layer name then do Set as Analysis input it does work.  Totally confuses the users of course (and is different than every other Arc product) but it is a workaround.  Pretty much everywhere you must always use Set as Analysis to get it to work (table widget, query, etc). ... Yep you can use HTML tags in the label field like this <font color="red">Warning  text</font> Note this can become a pain later in the layer though as it is baked into the attribute table then.  I tend to make a separate note field for these instead.  Then set bind esri column to null and it stays out of the data. ... Thanks a lot @TonghuiMing  I think that is what I was looking for but it is still failing on me and looping the token auth. The embed is a simple html page that is run off a SOE in ArcServer.  The link actually comes from the data.  So I tried {fieldname}  + "&arcgis-auth-portal=https://myportal.mydomain.gov/portal"  But still looping. Then I tried just a static URL to see and same thing it loops to the point the mouse flashes.  Just endless calls in dev tools. It tends to default to WiFi location.   Have you tried Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services and make sure it's toggled on. For each app you want to be more accurate, tap its name in the list and select "While Using the App" or "Always". Make sure "Precise Location" is toggled on for that app ... View more

I tried this many years ago and Android changes that path per device so its never static. Esp SD card they name it some serial like RY55HHJ/files.   Some security issue. In 123 we build the help images right into the form.  Not sure if Field Maps has that. ... View more

I have not had to use a edit session in a long time. I would try this vs 'home' as it grabs credentials from Pro gis = GIS('pro') Also I usually just give it the full URL to the REST service with /layernumberyouwant as an in source and it works great.   For Field Mapping append will append any fields that match for you.  I gave up on field mapping.  If the fields names are different i copy the FC into memory then add field, then calc over then append. I much prefer append to cursor.  It takes care of any projection issues and if I add any fields to both sides it just keeps on working.  Cursor requires a code change for any schema change.  Harder to maintain. Agreed relationship support has been driving us nuts for years.  It was kind of there with map view classic and WAB then they lost it all going to new map viewer and ExB.  (They could have just ported the code over.)  We had 4 enhancement requests for years on this, and some of them finally made it in, but are not as good as before.  It is literally the first letter in RDBMS, or Relational Database Management System, that has been the basis of data for decades now.  It should be first to be added not last. On the Tasks thing we have the same issues with it that workforce had.  We have to use their schema.  We have a committee that made our schema, and we have had it for 10 years now, so to just up and change it just for one tool is just plain not going to happen. For us we preload all the points crews have to go then use symbology to help where.  Then we bugged for years and got them to add Filters in Field Maps which helps a bit.  Dashboards are really what keep us organized now. Sounds like my workflow I posted here a few years ago  https://community.esri.com/t5/arcgis-survey123-questions/mapping-with-survey123-within-a-polygon-or-admin/td-p/836112 Note I do not count on globalids since if you move it then it all breaks.  I use both globalid to make 123 happy then add my own id also. For symbology you can use Arcade to get the child inspection for a popup but you cannot symbolize by it since that is blocked - they say it would be too slow to run all those arcade and draw which is probably true.  Instead I tend to just map the actual child inspections instead with some filters.  Even better change to a Dashboard then you can do all kinds of cool stuff esp with data expressions.  Then you can have fancy lists with icons and all that. As other posted register your SDE in Portal or server.  But make sure you can actually reach that server outside the org first.  Good chance its blocked.  We stand up in AGOL for each field season then download and process into SDE at the end of the year (which is also why we don't count on globalid).
