Hello, the manual input feature for filtering by dates is not working as expected. The date reads as epoch time when you click on the date. If I attempt to type in the date, it will default back to 12/31/1969 or another. The slider works fine but it will be easier for users to input their own date of interest. The example dataset in images are 311 City Service Requests in 2021 using RESOLUTIONDATE attribute. We store dates in UTM in our DB and usually within services publish in Eastern Standard. Some data we do not set time zone like Basic Business License but am also seeing the same behavior when filtering LICENSE_ISSUE_DATE. Will you check on this and provide recommendation, please?

Hey David, a good way to do this in bulk is by using the Groups Manager within each of your hub sites. Add their respective Content groups to each of their site's groups manager. Use Groups Manager to Add Groups.

Many of our older services still point to an older Oracle stack which does not support pagination. We have begun re-pointing/migrating to a new version but we are not yet ready for a full cutover. Will all our services unable to use pagination present this issue?

Hello. Comparing the table views in the new Hub Content Views some of our datasets do not render the table. They are okay in current views and am able to query our map services. First glance, all I see is that ObjectID is not visible in the table, but neither is it in Roadway Block and this is fine. I haven't found a pattern yet but here are some examples, including our COVID-19 testing and vaccine data. This is a mix of tabular and spatial data. https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/liquor-licenses/explore?location=38.893384%2C-77.008900%2C12.67&showTable=true&uiVersion=content-views https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/liquor-licenses/data?geometry=-77.662%2C38.800%2C-76.356%2C38.987 https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/crash-details-table/explore?uiVersion=content-views https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/crash-details-table/data https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/76a28737a6f84b3c92a421114acccca2_5/explore?uiVersion=content-views https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/enterprise-dataset-inventory/data https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/public-bike-racks/explore?location=38.900376%2C-77.022800%2C12.67&showTable=true&uiVersion=content-views https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/public-bike-racks/data?geometry=-77.064%2C38.895%2C-76.982%2C38.906 https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/dc-covid-19-vaccine-coverage-by-ward/explore?uiVersion=content-views https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/dc-covid-19-vaccine-coverage-by-ward/data https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/dc-covid-19-tested-overall/explore?uiVersion=content-views https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/dc-covid-19-tested-overall/data Can you help me identify the break?

Hello. Two questions regarding filtering in table preview. First, in the current data preview hub will summarize values for users to check on/off when filtering. This is helpful when users do not know all value options. I do not see this similar function in the new table preview; I see users can search for values but no results. Am I going about this the wrong way? Will hub continue summarizing values? Example, Roadway Block filter by Ownership: https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/roadway-block/data. See images for example. Second, will the new content views utilize coded values for filtering? Current content views do not but wondered if this would be available now. Same layer as an example but with the DC Functional Class attribute.

I have set the bounding box in our metadata for Crashes in DC as District of Columbia in ArcGIS Desktop & Pro, published to AGS and registered in AGOL. I've also forced set the extent in the ArcGIS Online content item. Yet the map preview continuously shows the undesired worldly result. I know we have some 0,0 data and as hard as we try to catch these, we don't always because of our continuous ETL. How can I ensure hub always takes the extent we set either in our metadata or in ArcGIS Online rather than reading the data? Example, Crashes in DC: https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/70392a096a8e431381f1f692aaa06afd_24/explore?location=3.463210%2C1.154850%2C2.00&uiVersion=content-views

In my testing I've noticed there are two new content previews - one is dataset (feature layer) and one is map (feature service). The differences seen in the URL. The content preview you're looking at is the map and it's looking for a thumbnail from ArcGIS Online. Example, our Child Development Centers: https://opendata.dc.gov/maps/48009ae8fbe54157b86586d3e4f10929/about?uiVersion=content-views. The other content preview is the dataset which will show the map extent and attribute preview. Again, example Child Development Centers: https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/DCGIS::child-development-centers/about?uiVersion=content-views. The route to get to these depend on whether uses are searching, or simply clicking on a data card within a gallery or similar. Using the content previews, does the map preview show if you look through the dataset feature layer?

Hello Georgia. If you are using multiple groups to organize the content in AGOL, then it's possible you just need to add those additional groups into your hub site's Groups Manager first. The items should then appear in your Content Library of the initiative manager. Does this help?

Yes! Many of our site visitors attempt to interact with our data using wild card or partial queries. If users decide to go beyond a hub site to create a web map then this is available. It would be great to have a similar capability within the Data preview for Hub feature layers and tables. Searching keywords within the content item's map area does somewhat resolve this however it is inconsistent. Occasionally returning irrelevant results. I agree with this idea to improve user capability for interacting with the Data preview. Thanks for suggesting! Example image uses https://opendata.dc.gov/datasets/311-city-service-requests-in-2021/data 311 City Service Requests for "Tree"

Okay , thank you. I'll assign the original content to the admin account. But while signed into the second organization, I created copies to get them over. This resolved the need. We just need to update some dashboards to use new web map IDs. cc, Matt Crossett

We've created a hub initiative site and added a trusted collaborator from our https://dcdatahub.maps.arcgis.com/ community org to the core team. The collaborator has created content that we would like to change ownership to the hub initiative owner - within our DC AGOL https://dcgis.maps.arcgis.com. I was thinking I'd use ArcGIS Online Assistant for this. Can I change ownership across the two organizations?
