Hi Brent, By default, if an integer question is left blank, it should be given a value of 'Null'. Please let us know if you are encountering something different. Brandon

Hi Ralph, I believe that you should be able to accomplish the desired result by placing your exact formula into the relevant column for the 'begin group' question. Have you attempted to do so and run into issues? Brandon

Hi Kevin, If you are looking to change the (y/n) value of an existing feature service record using the Survey123 field app, it will require that you create the survey from the service and enable the 'Inbox'. Is the idea that the value would be changed by the field collector on location? Brandon

Hi Emily, The behavior that you are encountering when attempting to attach photos to a survey from an Android device has been logged as a defect, and there are efforts to resolve it in the future. In the meantime, you can track the progress related to its resolution by selecting the linked record below... BUG-000103945 - In Survey123 for ArcGIS Android field app, the layout for selecting an existing image for an Image question is cumbersome and confusing when compared to the iOS field app

Hi Marc, I was unable to reproduce the issue related to inconsistent referencing of templates when selecting the Edit icon from the Operations options. Each time I uploaded a new template, and then selected it for editing from the 'Configure custom print templates' menu, the appropriate template was referenced. That is not to say that you are not encountering it on your end. As for the hanging related to report generation, there have been other instances reported when images within repeats are involved. This behavior has already been logged as the following defect, and you can check its status using your My Esri account. BUG-000107270 - On the Survey123.arcgis.com website, the custom print function sometimes hangs endlessly when trying to print a report that contains repeats This may also be relevant for the behavior encountered by NDierksQSI Please continue testing over the next few weeks, as the website is periodically updated. Hi Linda, I'd like to confirm the workflow that you used in order to share the 'Analyze' functionality of your survey to the Group within your Organization. Was it the following? 1. login to survey123.arcgis.com 2. select My Surveys 3. select the 'Collaborate' icon from the desired survey's options 4. select 'Analyze' from the sidebar menu 5. select 'Save' If this is the workflow that you used, the Analyze page should be updated to reflect a 'Survey results link', and a message as shown in the screenshot below... In addition, when viewing the survey folder in the Content of your ArcGIS Online Organization, there should be a 'stakeholder' view that is now present. Please let us know if you get different results after attempting the workflow outlined above. Brandon

Hi Joao, Assuming that you were the creator of the survey, you should be able to view the number of surveys submitted by each ArcGIS Online authenticated submitter by using the Survey123 website (survey123.arcgis.com). Once you are logged in here, after selecting the desired survey from 'My Surveys', you should be lead to the 'Overview' tab for the survey. Here you will see several options that are related to the submitted surveys. You can click on the 'Total Participants' circle graphic at the top, or look at the 'Top Participants' section at the bottom. Let me know if these options provide you with the desired result. Brandon

Hi Douglas, As for your initial question, again, unfortunately it is not possible to manipulate the style of the input at this time. However, thank you for sharing information related to your use case. As for your second question, related to the ability to return an apostrophe within the result of concatenated calculation, you can use the following example to achieve the result. concat("What is"," ",once(${Name}),"\'","s"," ","relationship to the head of this household?") You will notice that I have changed the single quotes to reflect double quotes, and then used the backslash (\) character in order to escape the meaning of the single quote so that it can be considered as a standard apostrophe. You can see examples related to escape characters within the documentation linked below... 2.4.1 String literals I have gone ahead and attached an XLSForm to this response which reflects the form that you had shared with the mentioned changes. Please let me know if you have any further questions related to the shared information. Brandon

Hi Marc, After downloading your XLSFrom and creating a subsequent survey and Custom Form Report Template, I was able to submit surveys and print them without issue. In my testing, I was using the Survey123 Windows field app on my desktop computer and added photos to the attachments from the same computer. I wanted to ask you for more information related to your collecting environment and ask you to explain the method which you are using to upload photos during collection (i.e. navigating to photos on device or taking pictures within the app). I have attached a print result to this response which demonstrates my success with using your uploaded XLSForm and Custom Form Report Template.

Hi Sunny, Can you verify the method for which the survey submitter opened the survey in the Survey123 field app? It sounds like they may have used the 'press and hold' method at some point. By design, this bypasses the survey page and opens the survey directly. If this is the workflow that was committed, the behavior may then be reflective of a known issue which causes subsequent tries, to access the survey page, to be bypassed. Similar behavior is reflected in the following defect which is listed through technical support as BUG-000105699 - The draft survey option is not accessible when using the 'Press and hold' functionality in the 'My Survey' page to start a new survey in the Survey123 for ArcGIS mobile app on iOS and Android devices. This particular issue has been addresses with the 2.5 version Survey123, which should be released later this month. In the meantime, please ask your user to close any instance of the Survey123 field app that they have open and after re-opening the app, use the 'single press' method to navigate through the launching process. Please let us know the results. Brandon
