Hi Anthony, Your pulldata syntax looks to be sound (assuming your StreetAddress matches your ${Street} values), but I am wondering what the reason is for utilizing the calculate question for the process instead of just using the note question to apply the pulldata function? It seems that your note question is simply reflecting the value derived in the calculate question. Are you able to share your XLSForm with subset of the information in your CSV? If so, please upload to this thread or I can send you a personal message upon request. Thank you, Brandon

Hi Jacqueline, Are you able to upload each of your templates (default and custom) so that I can take a look at the differences? I'm wondering if there are any differences in the webmap item ID, such as difference in scale. Thanks, Brandon

It appears that we do have an open issue in our backlog outlining this behavior... If possible, can you try to completely uninstall the Survey123 field app and reinstall it? After doing so, does the correct thumbnail appear? I have gone ahead and updated the issue with your comments in the meantime. Thanks, Brandon

Have you tried to update the surveys within the field app after uploading the thumbnail? If you have done this, how about deleting the survey and redownloading? I have experienced delays in the past, so I'd also be interested to know how long ago you added the thumbnail or created the survey with the thumbnail. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Shane, You can choose a thumbnail in the 'Create a New Survey' dialogue, or alternatively, after the survey is created through the 'Edit Survey Info' dialogue when selected from the My Surveys page of survey123.arcgis.com.

Hi Glen, I would be interested to know more about the design of your survey. Are you using cascading selects by chance? If possible, would you be willing to share your XLSForm so that we can investigate potential causes for this behavior? If you are able, please upload the form in a reply to this message, or reply via email which I will provide in a personal message on GeoNet. Thanks, Brandon

Hello, If you are looking to observe the console output while submitting a survey using the Survey123 field app on the same computer that you have AppStudio installed, you can do so by opening the Survey123 field app > select top right menu > Settings > Diagnostics. If you are looking to observe the output when submitting a survey using the field app on a mobile device (iOS, Android), you can reference the documentation provided below... Capture console output—AppStudio for ArcGIS | ArcGIS Hope this helps, Brandon

Hi Stu, What 'type' of question (text, select_one...) would you be using within the repeat? We do not currently support the ability to dynamically create a choice list for a question based on the answer(s) of a previous question. As I could see this being a useful feature, I will add it to our internal repository for consideration. Regards, Brandon

Hi Josh, You are correct, at this time we do not support adding attachments as part of editing a survey from the Inbox (OS of device does not matter). While we are looking to support this in the future, there is not a set date as to when this will be. I have made note of your request in our internal repository, and I would encourage you to continue utilizing the "Sneak peek" section of our documentation and GeoNet for announcements related to support of this feature. You may also want to reference the following GeoNet thread which offers a workflow utilizing repeats (related tables) to manage the addition of photos via the Inbox. Regards, Brandon

Thank you for uploading the XLSForm, Anneka. After taking a look, it appears that there is a misplaced 'end group' closing out the last group of your survey. After moving this 'end group' to your 'Section B: English Literacy' section, the last 2 pages load as expected. I have uploaded the altered example to this thread. Let me know if this works. Brandon

Hello Aaron, It looks like the behavior you are referring to is related to the 'select_one' questions in your survey. Please take a look at the previous GeoNet forum thread, which highlights the following... "This is a known issue with select_one questions. The data itself is written as the name column and a domain is created to so that the labels seen in Survey123 will be seen in ArcGIS Online; in all but file geodatabase exports, ArcGIS Online provides the code (choice names) instead of labels. You can export the data with the labels via ArcGIS Desktop tools - see Problem: Coded value domain descriptions are not maintained after exporting data" Please let me know if this is not related to your question. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Anneka, Complications can occur when there are lots of pages included in your survey, however, it would be good to get a closer look at what might causing the issue. If possible, please create a case with Esri Technical Support so that they can further investigate, or feel free to upload your XLSForm to this thread if you feel comfortable doing so. Thanks, Brandon
