Hi Grant, This could be possible by specifying something like the following in the calculation column... concat('<font color="', if(selected(${example}, 'red'), "red", ""),'">Text in changes color </font>') type name label calculation select_one color example Example note diffc test concat('<font color="', if(selected(${example}, 'red'), "red", ""),'">Text in changes color </font>') This will lead to the font color of the label changing to red if red is selected in the previous question, or, remain the default color in the event that nothing or something else is selected. I have also included the XLSForm as an attachment to this thread, which contains this example. Best, Brandon

Hi Rawand, Have you reviewed the following blog? https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2017/11/25/creating-ticket-numbers-in-survey123-for-arcgis Maybe using the AGOL username in the calculation would be a viable option for you.

Hi Gina, At the moment, there is not a way to accomplish this within the UI of the Report dialogue, however, you can do this using the Report API which is available in our Early Adopter Community. We do have an open enhancement request for the ability to reference values within the record to provide a unique naming convention of the report outputs, and I will add your request to it. If you decide to try the Report API, please leave your questions and comments in the Early Adopter Community thread. Best, Brandon

Hi Carl, Have you created this survey from an existing feature service? I'm wondering if there were already editor tracking fields present in the feature service prior to creating the survey. Names to look for are Creation Date, Creator, Last Edit Date, Editor. The following GeoNet thread references some of this... https://community.esri.com/thread/181077 It might be easier to take a look with you if you have the time. Please email me at barmstrong at esri.com if you would be interested in taking a look together. Best, Brandon

Hello Fco Javier Romero, Does this error occur everytime you try to generate a report using this template? You mentioned that you have been using a 'service fed'....can you please clarify? How many reports do you typically attempt to generate at once? I see that you are referencing an existing web map in the parameters for the geopoint question. Does this error still occur when referencing a different web map, or when not referencing a web map at all? If the error still occurs when no web map is referenced, please upload the template to this thread or if preferred, I can send my email so that you can send it to me. If it does not occur when omitting the web map parameter, we can approach the behavior from that angle. Thanks, Brandon

Hi Ryan, I have just downloaded Survey123 Connect and the Survey123 Field App to my Windows 10 Dell laptop and am not seeing this behavior. In the screenshot, it looks like you have 3.2 installed...can you please ensure that you uninstall all previous versions and then attempt to reinstall to see if the behavior persists? Best, Brandon

One option would be to share the survey to your Organization which would then create the corresponding fieldworker view for the survey. The admin of your org could then go into the survey folder and share the view and the form item publicly. There would not be a need to share the parent feature layer publicly. Let me know if this works. Best, Brandon

Hi Anthony, Are you asking why users that are a part of an ArcGIS Online Organization which a survey is shared to, cannot submit surveys using the web app? What method did you use to share the survey, was it through the 'Collaborate' options via the Survey123 website? You might want to take a look at the permissions of the fieldworker_view within the survey folder, which can be found in 'My Content' of your ArcGIS Online account. Ensure that it is shared as desired, and that the user looking to access the survey is part of the Organization. Best, Brandon

Unfortunately, read only expression are not supported by the web app at this time. As mentioned in my edited comment above, we have an open enhancement for adding their implementation in a future release, however they will not be honored at this time.

Hi Kyle, This is likely due to the fact that you originally created this survey with a version that did not yet support expression in the read-only column. You can turn the validation rules off in the XLSForm for that particular column as shown in the screenshot below As for the web app not honoring the expression, you are correct in that it is not supported at this time. We do have an open enhancement in our backlog and I will be sure to add your use case to it. Best, Brandon
