Hi Emmanuelle, As explained in the following GeoNet thread, it is not currently possible to export specific fields only using the Export tool in survey123 website, all fields in the layer/table will always be exported. It is only possible to export specific records by selecting them and enabling the option in the menu drop down. I will add your request for this functionality to our open enhancement request which will be reviewed for future implementation. Best, Brandon

Hi Alexa, Unfortunately, cascading selects are not supported by multiple choice type questions. We do have an open enhancement request for adopting support in a future release, which I will add you too. A few previous GeoNet posts that might offer some assistance can be found here... https://community.esri.com/thread/229228-survey123-choicefilter-using-static-string-on-cascading-selectmultiple https://community.esri.com/thread/198277-using-choicefilter-with-a-selectmultiple-question Best, Brandon

Hi Francisco, To use SQL logical operators such as 'LIKE', it will require that you or the ArcGIS Online administrator disable the Standardized Query security option to allow for nonstandard SQL queries. As mentioned in the following Help doc.. "Caution: To run queries using logical SQL operators, your organization's administrator must disable the Standardized Query security option for your organization to allow nonstandard SQL queries. For more information on the ramifications of disabling this option, see about standardized queries in the ArcGIS Server documentation. For more information on standard and nonstandard queries, see standardized SQL functions in ArcGIS Online." Please try this and let us know your results. Best, Brandon

Hi Susmita, After speaking over the phone and sharing screens, we found that the issue that you were encountering was related to a hiccup during the ArcGIS Online update on March 20th. While this was quickly addressed, it just so happened that you created your survey during the window where things were out of sync. We addressed the issue by using the following workflow... 1. Navigate to the survey folder within your AGOL Org 2. Go to the Item Details page for the fieldworker view 3. Select the ‘Visualization’ tab 4. Click on the 3 dots icon > Set View Definition > Define Fields 5. Select the boxes for all fields that are turned off, to turn them on > Apply 6. Submit a test survey to see if the data goes through as expected 7. Test by selecting the records in the Sent Box of one device and selecting to Edit and Resend 8. Verify that the data went through 9. Repeat for all other devices After using this workflow, you were able to successfully see all data for all records within the Survey123 Data page. Best Regards, Brandon

Hi Matthew, One option might be to have a default value of NA (text question) for the questions. Then, you could apply relevant statements to the decimal questions with calculations. So, if any question is skipped, it will be an NA text question, but if a relevant action is committed, it will engage the decimal questions. Best, Brandon

Hi Gary, Currently, when a survey is downloaded to a device, it is stored locally and therefore will be accessible to anyone who opens the app on that device (whether logged in or logged out). There has been an idea submitted through the ArcGIS Ideas website asking for the ability to limit the surveys shown to those that apply to the logged in user, which you can find here... https://community.esri.com/ideas/15801-survey123-filter-forms-based-on-active-portal It would help to promote the idea by voting for it, and I will also add it to our notes internally. Best, Brandon

Hi Susmita, Are you the creator of the survey? Please have the creator/owner of the survey attempt to view the data and let me know the results. There is a possibility that the 'stakeholder_view' associated with the survey is out of sync. Can you or the owner check to see if the data appears for them?

Hi Jose, What is the method that you used in order to share the survey to the Group? Have you used the Collaborate options within the Survey123 website? In your case, you would use the sharing options available through the 'Viewer' section of the Collaborate tab 'Share survey—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS. Also, have you tested sharing other items to the group and test the ability for group members to access them? Best, Brandon

After taking a look at your XLSForm, I can see that the error is related to the method that you have used to combine your latitude and longitude values. Instead of using the '+' operator to combine the values, you must use the concat function to format the lat/long values. This can be seen in the 'Calculate Location from CSV' sample form in Survey123 Connect. I have gone ahead and made these changes with your provided form so that yo ucan see how this would be done. After changing this, the survey should load without error using the web app. Best, Brandon

Hi Liliana, Are you attempting to update a survey that had been previously published, or this is the first time you are publishing this survey using this XLSForm? If you are updating, what happens when you try to create a new survey using the same XLSForm? I received no error when publishing on my end. Best, Brandon

Hi Katherine, In looking at the log that you provided, I see that there is an error referencing "User folder does not exist". I'm wondering if you have moved the content (feature layer, form, etc...) from the survey's default folder in your ArcGIS Online content?
