Thanks Xander Bakker for the confirmation and for testing the behavior in AGOL. Kory Kramer, thanks for the additional info as well and for working to get the bug logged. Life is good, I'll send you an email.

I've got a WAB app with attribute table widget configured. You can see in the pop-up that the value for the 'Transect' attribute shows up fine in the pop-up. But in the attribute table widget, the values don't appear. The values appear fine in the normal web map attribute table that the app uses, but for some reason they are not displaying in the WAB app. There are several attributes that show this behavior and the only similarity that I can find between them all is that they're all integers and they all have range domains. Has anyone else seen this behavior? Update: I confirmed that the range domain is causing this. I removed the range domain from the 'problem' attributes and left them as ints. I then republished the feature service, recreated the web map, and WAB app. The values now display in the attribute table widget. Any ideas for a workaround? I don't feel like removing my range domains and allowing users to enter any int. Update 2 (4 Jan 2019): This has been logged as a bug w/ Esri... BUG-000119150 : When a field contains a Range Domain, values do not appear in the Attribute Table widget in Web App Builder

Thanks Stephen. That might be an option. I've already got records that have attributes w/ Null and due to my OC tendencies, I'd like all these records to to use the same 'null' value. I got it to work with python code, so not a huge deal, was just curious if anyone had a solution in Arcade.

Trying to use the Calculate Field GP tool in ArcGIS Pro 2.2.3. I need to use logic (if else statements) to modify some field values. I've searched and searched and can't find how to do this in Arcade. In python, the following works fine. It actually sets the field to Null (verified by an isNull definition query). return None In Arcade, the following just returns 0 return null I've tried a bunch of other things with Arcade, but no success. Anyone have any ideas how to return null with Arcade?

Hi James, Thanks for taking a look. I've attached the xls file. Let me know if you need any more info. We originally had the geopoint hidden (using relevant clause) in the nested repeat, but that didn't work at all. Our workaround was to make it visible and the field surveyors are just hitting the refresh button to inherit the location. That way they only have to record the location once since stations and the A and B traps essentially have the same location. Jimmy

This seems to still work correctly in Survey123 Classic (2.9.5), but we're now having issues getting this to work in 3.0.149. I can pull the x and y and concatenate to a text field and the text updates in the repeat that is inheriting the location, but the geopoint in the repeat doesn't update now. Has anybody gotten this to work in 3.0.149?

We're experiencing the same thing. Nested repeats seem to work fine when the 'grandchild' attributes don't have any calculations. As soon as we try to use a calculation, the problems occur. The minimal appearance for the nested repeat is also not respected when we use calculations which I think is the expected behavior. Any update on this issue or is this by design? One workaround we found is to set the repeat_count. In our situation this works fine, because we know we will only have a set number of records in the nested repeat.

I've been able to successfully create a survey with nested repeats and everything works fine. The problem comes when I'm trying to view and proof my collected data. What I want to be able to do in WAB or Ops Dashboard is select a parent record and be able to see the related grandchildren, not just the children. I know I could probably accomplish this in WAB by creating a custom widget, but I'm trying to avoid going down that route. My initial attempts involved trying to create a relationship class b/w parent and grandchildren to be able to take advantage of the 'Show related records' in WAB or actions w/ filters in Ops Dashboard. This didn't work when I tried the two following approaches: If I try and use GlobalID-GUID relationship between parent-grandchild, I can publish the survey, but when I try to submit surveys, I get the 'Operation Rolled Back' error. If I create relationship using strings, Survey123 Connect will not publish the survey saying an incompatible relationship exists. Here's my workaround: I create a common key (concatenated text which uniquely identifies all features as being in the same survey) in each of my features (parent, child, grandchild) and I use this field in the group filter in WAB or using actions/filter in Ops Dashboard. Has anyone come up with a better solution for this functionality?

We are not using the Dev edition, but rather the online edition of WAB. This has been broken in the online edition since April. It has been filed under BUG-000114004 and has been discussed for the online edition in the following thread https://community.esri.com/thread/213550-show-related-records-not-working-in-attribute-table-widget It does not appear to be fixed in the June (6.2) release of WAB (online).

Thanks for the confirmation Melissa, I'm glad to know I'm not going crazy. I checked the console as well and saw the same error. I did find a clunky workaround that still works https://community.esri.com/thread/203568-did-related-records-in-popups-change-in-portal-1051 I can't be sure, but I think this broke after the April WAB update.

I'm having the same issue. The 'show related records' is not working as expected in the attribute table widget. A workaround is to do what Mike posted in the below post https://community.esri.com/thread/203568-did-related-records-in-popups-change-in-portal-1051 Once the child table is filtered, if you export to csv, it will only export the related records.

John, Got it figured out. The type was set to text instead of decimal in the type column of the xlsx. This resulted in different behaviors depending on what os was being used. The reason why we used text instead of decimal was because of some original issues we encountered related to the following thread https://community.esri.com/thread/184089-using-a-mask-makes-the-input-required-even-when-the-atribute-is-not-visible But it appears everything works as expected when the type is changed to decimal. The input mask shows up as red, but since it is not a required field, the survey submits without any issues. Thanks for making me scratch my head some more. Jimmy

Hi John, thanks for the continued follow-up. When I access your survey, I'm not seeing the decimal field in the input box (survey is named BUG_languages). So, I'm wondering if maybe the wrong survey link got sent or if we're talking about a different input mask. I've pasted in the bind and input elements from the form xml just to confirm we're talking about the same thing. If you need the whole survey, just let me know. <bind esri:fieldType="esriFieldTypeDouble" nodeset="/D2_SWFL_Soil/wet_soil_lat" type="string"/> <input esri:inputMask="00.00000" ref="/D2_SWFL_Soil/wet_soil_lat"> <label>Wet Soil Latitude</label> <hint>Enter the latitude of the nearest wet soil.</hint> </input>
