Hello @JohnathanHasthorpe : Actually, they are using ArcGIS portal accounts and using the built in identity store. If I am not mistaken their portal is running on Linux servers. The escalated case owner told me to tell the customer to check on the connections, however customer checked, and everything looks fine, the communication seems to flow in and out as it should. But I don't know if you had seen such a particular scenario? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Greetings; -Daniel

I would like to see the option to have a little window showing the total lenght of polyline that I am drawing and that I can know when to stop, when it shows , for example, that I have drawn 300 meters of total segments and that I will need to stop at 300 meters. It's a functionality that was available in ArcMap: (see attached) Thank you, -Daniel.

Hello everyone: I am having trouble logging an Enterprise 10.8.1 account to Quick Capture website: https://www.arcgis.com/apps/quickcapture/ When I pick the option before the login to enter using ArcGIS Enterprise, it makes me place the URL of the portal, right after I paste the URL it says that -----'Unable to retrieve information about this portal. Either the URL is incorrect or portal resources are not accessible.'-----, but it gives you the option to 'Continue anyway' and it launches the login page to portal, but if I put the portal Administrator user and password and hit login, the request starts cycling itself, actually if I open Fiddler it shows no answer from the request to login. Any idea how I can login correctly? I have a technical case on salesforce, but with no answer on what can be happening here. @IsmaelChivite

Hello @Anonymous User : I did the testing on some devices with different Android versions, and it varies the unit system used by Survey123 when you change the Android language and input settings from English (USA) (Imperial system: feet, mph) to Spanish (Costa Rica) (meters and kph) Thank you so much for the clarification. Hello everyone: I need to know how to change the units of a Location Status Dialog in the Survey123 Android app. To explain more properly: We have a customer with a Trimble TDC600 with Android 8 and when he enters the Location Status dialog when pressing the GPS button on the app, it show the units in the Imperial System and we would like to see them units in the Metric System. We tried all what is configurable on the app and I believe all what is configurable on the Android settings. Is there a way to acomplish this? To change those settings from one system to the other. A heads up just in case anybody sees this having the issue on version 10.8.1. We resolved the issue by running all patches available on ArcGIS Patch Notification. Then proceeded to click retry and the process continued and succesfully ended.

Hello everyone: I just wanted to ask if anyone of you had had the problem with the Survey123 website not saving what submitters can do on the collaborate tab. For example I choose the option 'Only add new records' and you hit save, and it says the changes have been saved, then you reload the page and it shows no option picked. Hello everyone, I published a 3D Web Layer using ArcGIS Pro, once I had it on the portal, I wanted to add more points, so I logged in ArcGIS Pro and loaded my web scene. When I was trying to edit and create new features, the template keeps showing me an warning: New feature may not be visible. Missing symbol 'hospital' The template value for the layer simbology attribute is incorrect. Change the appropiate value in the template attributes, or change the layer simbology. So, I changed the value and established the name of each hospital: The error persists. Then I went ahead and changed the simbology to a variety of symbols: The error persists. So I am able to add the point but as the warning says the point is not visible, however it gets added to the table. If I try saving the edits and if I try to load my web scene on the browser, it is still not showing on the scene. I've tried republishing, overwriting many times, and keep having the error. My client should be able to add features without this kind of trouble and without having to work the layer locally anytime they need to add a new point. I would love to get some help from you guys to see if there is way to edit that scene layer.

I am using a search widget to get me results out of a feature service of locations of hospitals. Since there are multiple results for a single word (the word emergency should be showing for different hospitals), I would like the widget to show the different results before zooming in to one specific and that the user would get to pick which one to zoom in. I saw in the widget configuration window that suggestions are not available since pagination is not allowed in the feature service: However, if go to the feature service, it says that pagination is enabled: Is there a way to work around this inconsistency and that I can have a list of results?

Hello Survey123 Team: I was hoping to you would take into consideration the option to see the full name of the survey when navigating into the survey123 connect gallery, or that there would be an option that if you hover over the icon, you'd be able to see the full name on a message next to the cursor. This is because if you have, let's say, more than one version of the same survey, or several surveys that start with the same words, you'd have to check on everyone of the elements untill you find the one you are working with.
