The domain is not hosted at register.com (we use AWS S3) but the domain name was originally registered there. I'll contact their support and see what they say. I'll report back when I know something. Thanks for the guidance.

I went to register.com, security, SSL security, and chose the basic organizational validation. I purchased it and I remember I had to set up SES with AWS so that the validation emails would come to me. I received a verification request that indeed I was requesting the certificate, and later I had to verify my phone number with register.com/Network Solutions (that required a call to their support). Once my phone number was verified, I received an email saying that the certificate was issued and finally an email stating that the SSL certificate had been issued. Once issued, I could log into register.com and download the certificate, which gives me a zip file that contains two files. One is RSAOrganizationValidationSecureServerCA.crt and the other one is my_domain_name.crt. That's the process as much as I can remember it anyway. The only thing I've been sent is the zip file with those two .crt files and I don't know what to do to get a pfx file and password from it. So any assistance is helpful. Thank you!

Yes, I went through that documentation quite a bit. It would be a shame if you can't do these types of things through python. So I hope to find some way to do it, because the functionality of the charts I need rely on being able to show that guide area.

I have some Python codes that runs in ArcGIS Pro to create a bar chart for a layer. The only thing I can't figure out is how to create a chart guide. It is possible to do it in ArcGIS Pro using the GUI, but is that functionality available through arcpy?

I am attempting to set up ArcGIS Enterprise on AWS, using ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder. I am new to the installation/configuration process of ArcGIS Enterprise, although I've worked with ArcGIS Servers before and we do use other AWS services. I have acquired an SSL certificate for my anticipated domain, and I purchased that through Register.com / Network Solutions. After it was validated, I retrieved the certificate which resulted in two .crt files, one of which is for the domain. However, the "Configure Elastic IP Address (EIP) step of ArcGIS Enterprise Cloud Builder for AWS requires a certificate in .pfx format. I have done some searching, and the only pfx file generators I can find require both the certificate AND a private key, which I do not have. I do not know how to proceed beyond this step. I have an SSL certificate, but it is in .crt format and I can't figure out how to convert it to the required .pfx format. As you can probably tell, I have little experience with SSL certificates. All of the SSL certificates I've dealt with in the past are configured and managed in AWS Certificate Manager, but it does not seem like that is an option for these EC2 instances that ArcGIS Enterprise would be hosted on. Any advice would be appreciated. I have been stuck on this step for quite a while now. Thank You

Thanks for the help. I had tried switching the data source for the text widget between Selected and Default, but your response caused me to take a second look and I realized that the Dynamic Content dialog box also needed to be changed to Default. When I did that, it worked.

I can't figure out if what I want to do is possible. If I have a filter widget, a map, and a string of dynamic text on an Experience Builder page, I want to use the filter to choose a county and have the county name appear as the dynamic text. I have not been able to figure out how to make this work. My text always just remains as the curly brackets field name. I have a sample site set up: https://experience.arcgis.com/experience/272c435f6d664f5d978f64b7f2e9edc5/ I've tried enabling triggers on the map and the filter, but nothing has worked. I don't have a trigger option on the text. Here is the content I have set up for the text: If anyone has a suggestion, please let me know. Thanks!

I was having your exact problem today along with other hosted layers that randomly presented errors. I went on to ESRI Support and reported an ArcGIS Online disruption. ESRI Support staff got back to me and after a couple hours asked me to clear the browsers cache and check things out. I did that and everything that was not working earlier today is now working fine. I'm not sure if it is/was a per-customer issue, or site-wide but you may want to clear your cache and try things out. If that doesn't work, definitely report it. Good luck!

I am having the exact same problem. No error messages on my end, and this is the same layer I overwrite once a week so there is nothing substantially different. Still seems to display ok in existing maps but I can't add it to maps and I can't even see the data table for the layer in ArcGIS Online. ("There was an error.") I'll report it soon if it doesn't clear up.

Windows is the only platform that works with our very old survey-accurate GPS equipment. Going to Android is not an option for us at this time.

I would like an indicator to show data from one layer on the web map, but have the ability for it to change which layer it is getting data from, by using a selector ideally. I know that means each layer would have to have the same schema setup, at least enough that the indicator can look for the same field name/field type no matter which layer is selected. For example, maybe I have 3 layers (Plan A, Plan B, and Plan C.) Each layer is a possible map (plan) of sales areas. I might want an indicator that shows the total anticipated sales from Sales Area 1, and I need it to update depending on which layer (Plan A, Plan B, or Plan C) that I have selected. I worked around this for now by combining the 3 layers into one big layer, and adding a column with a unique name for the "layer" that I then use as a category selector. But that is an extra step, and doubles the amount of storage I use. It's not ideal. It also makes it hard for users to update it.

Derek I think I'm trying to do something similar, but just cannot figure it out. I would like to have several layers present in a map (Layer A, Layer B, Layer C). I'd like the user to be able to toggle/select one of those 3 layers, and have a corresponding indicator update its conten. The layers would have the same schema, so same field names and data types would be the same, but each of the 3 would have different data. Maybe the indicator shows the sum of the "TotalSales" column, and it updates based on which of those 3 layers are turned on on the map (or otherwise selected somehow.) I can figure out how to filter based on items in a single layer, and I can figure out how to filter based on a selection on the map, but not how to filter based on which layer is actually turned on. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is there any workaround for this bug? Republishing all my layers in WGS84 is not really feasible. The pan-to works fine, but not being able to zoom to the result is a problem. Can I add a "Zoom to" on the pop-up itself?

@RobertScheitlin__GISP Yes! That was it. Thank you for setting me straight. I'm new with using Experience Builder and have to get used to the fact that there can be multiple, or no, maps. I really appreciate you helping me out. Thanks.
