@RobertScheitlin__GISP There was only one publicly shared layer, and an ESRI background. But I also tried it with a different map, with the same results. And I am using version 1.4. I've tried it in the live view in Experience Builder, as well as the preview tab. The PDF title appears almost instantly, and as soon as it does, you can hover over it and see the error message.

No, we do not have a print server (wish we did.) We are just trying to use the ArcGIS Online print service. I had that tried that same URL, and I have just now tried copying the one out of your reply, just in case I did it wrong, but it is still not working. The widget seems to find the list of Layouts and Formats ok, so it seems like it is at least finding the AGO print service, but it keeps giving me the error "An error occurred while exporting the web map."

Robert, Thank you for providing this widget. I expect it will be used quite often. I was able to install it, and it works like it should up until I click "Print" and the file displays in the "Printed files" section. Afterwards, the file is grayed out, and hovering over it reveals "An error occurred while exporting the web map." I have tried this using your default config.json settings. I have also tried using "https://utility.arcgisonline.com/arcgis/rest/services/Utilities/...." I even tried it with no server listed, like it was in the last WAB print widget config. I am just trying to print using the default ArcGIS Online print service. I don't see any errors in the development console or anything like that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Kory If one is trying to transition away from ArcReader, what software does the end user need to use in order to work with the MMPK files and have a good printing option? While I would love to go to an online solution, the lack of a good printing option for online is keeping us from doing so. So I am still looking at something with the functionality of ArcReader, that can view a complex map, and print it with a specific layout. The end users have no ESRI licensing at all currently. I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks Andy

I have set my default font/style in Options as below: However, the graphics text tools never honor the default. They always default to Tahoma. Here, I have typed some text, and the text font/size box becomes enabled, and always defaults to Tahoma. I can highlight my text, change the font/size, and start a new text graphic, and it goes back to Tahoma every time. Does anyone have any advice on how to make the default work? Thank you.

It looks like ArcGIS Online is having some issues with hosted feature layers: ArcGIS Online Health Dashboard We are seeing the same thing.

I look forward to hearing more about this. I really like Experience Builder; there are just a few of these types of things that we need to get figured out before we can really use it instead of WebApp Builder.

I would like to also suggest the ability to move the scale bar around the map, change the format, allow additional scalebars, and maybe the option to use a ratio (1:###) instead of a scalebar.

I apologize for that. It should be fully shared now. It is a very rough map. I just want to get the general idea of how this would work. Thanks in advance!

I have a List Widget set up on page on of my Experience Builder (non-dev version). It is set up so that the user can type in parcel record numbers, and they will be listed. There is an action trigger set up for the List, so that when clicked, the map on the 2nd page will pan/zoom to that parcel. (You have to click a button at the bottom of the page to actually switch to the 2nd page with the map on it.) This works fine in the Live View in Experience Builder, but if I use the Preview button, or if I publish the map, this functionality does not work. The map just stays at its default location. It will work correctly when published if the list is on the same page as the map, but I would really like to have it on a separate page because this map is going to be printed often through the browser, and I want to keep as few extra items on it as possible. This is the rough draft of the map. Try a PRN such as 34781 or 13878. Experience Thank you for any help or advice you may have.

We use it because we have a need for printing that can't currently be accomplished through ArcGIS Online. If I could set up a map template on ArcGIS Online (without needing ArcGIS Server) we'd probably quit using ArcReader.

I have this same problem with polygons. I can't remember a time when I didn't have problems with polygon labels when zoomed far in. I would love to see a solution.

I have a feature layer that was created on 10/28/19, along with a hosted feature layer view. I am having this issue where additions to domains/lists do not replicated in the view. I have tested this with a brand new layer created in ArcGIS Online, and it worked like it should on that one. On this particular layer, however, the subsequent view never updates with the new domain/list entries. Would the update to ArcGIS Online only affect layers created after the update?

In the minimal gallery app, hosted in ArcGIS Online (not downloaded to a webserver) I am trying to enable the sign-in button. The closest I can get, is to check the boxes for both "Enable Header Search" and "Enable sign-in button". Without the search box enabled, the check box for "Enable sign-in button" has no effect. In addition, when the search bar is on the header, and the sign-in button works it is actually a Menu. When the menu is clicked, sign into (or out of) ArcGIS Online is the only option in the menu. 1. How can I enable a sign-in option without also having to have the search bar on the header? 2. When the sign-in button appears, is there a way to have it show directly in the header, and not in a menu?

I have to second this suggestion. Better printing options is probably the number one request I have for ArcGIS Online. Number two is being able to host our own locator services. There is no way I will ever be able to justify the expense for ArcGIS Server for just these two capabilities, but they are sorely needed.
