That worked well. Thank you so much for such a quick response, too! I really appreciate it.

Robert, This is an awesome widget, and I've used it in the past with success. I'm running into an issue though, that I'd like to ask about. Along with eLocate (address inspector) I am using your PopUp Panel widget to relocate popups to the right side of the screen. However, this means that the popups that pop up from the address inspector results are displaying on top of the Results panel. Is there anyway to disable the eLocate tool creating popups? All I really need is what shows in the Results tab but I could not figure out what to modify in the code. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

I would still like to know if there is a way to cut or slice a polygon, in Web AppBuilder, using Smart Editor. If not with Smart Editor, what would be the next best option?

Robert I realized that I wasn't clear in the question, and that I may have caused the issue when I made some changes to the Query's widget.js to keep it from showing both the search results pop-up AND the map pop-up if you click on the result on the map. I commented out "resultLayer.setInfoTemplate(popupTemplate);" in Query/Widget.js and it's likely that is exactly the same pop-up that I actually want to see when you click the search result in the query widget. However, even when I un-comment that line, I am only able to get What I get when I click the search results (with "resultLayer.setInfoTemplate(popupTemplate)" commented out") is this: What I want it to do is this: I want to use the map's configured pop-up in the pop-up panel, with an abbreviated set of attributes showing in the search results list. Any other tidbits of information you may have, I'd be happy to hear! Thank you Andy

In the Query widget, when you perform a search and are returned a list of search results you can click on a result and normally the map will pan to that location and you will get the popup that is configured in the Query widget. Instead of using that, I would really like to use the popup that is configured in the webmap for the particular layer that I am performing searches on. Is there a way to do that? I have seen some similar questions here, but I can't quite figure out what, if anything, can be edited to allow this behavior. Thanks!

I am having an issue with my resulting PDF label sheets. I have formatted my popup in the addressee layer like this: However, the resulting PDF Label sheets always have a single line of text in each label, instead of separated out into 3 lines like the popup. What am I doing wrong? I would appreciate any help!

I'm attempting to follow the directions to do this, but the intersect results that the map is presenting are not what I am expecting. In my example, I am returning the zone name that a land parcel lies in (residential, commercial, etc). For the most part, zone borders will follow parcel lines, without crossing them. var intersectlayer = Intersects(FeatureSetByName($map,"Zoning"),$feature) for (var f in intersectlayer){ return f.ZoneName } The problem is, that where the parcel lies on the edge of the zone, the result returned is always the zone that is adjacent and never the zone that the parcel actually lies inside of. Here is an example of that happening, it returns Industrial for the selected parcel, when it should be Residential: But if I click a parcel that is wholly inside of the Residential zone, it returns the correct zone name: I realize that the parcels on the edge are intersecting two zones, even if one of the zones is a shared boundary. Is there a way to make Arcade return the most appropriate zone? I've tried fooling around with Within and Contains functions, but I haven't been able to get anything better with them.

Susan, Did you ever find a remedy to this? I find the same thing happening. The toggle changes each layer that it is set for, to opposite of how they are set in the layers list. It would be really neat if the toggle, when clicked, would just ensure that all of the layers are turned on (or off when it is disabled.) Still, a nice widget as always.

I appreciate the quick reply. But no, disconnected editing is turned off as well as editing (on both the parent feature layer and the view.) And I am overwriting the parent, not the view. I am using ArcMap 10.4.1 if that matters. I have since tried deleting the view, after which I can successfully overwrite the service again. EDIT: I've done more testing today with this, and it's hard to pin it down. Definitely if you try to overwrite the parent with editing on the view enabled, it fails. But this morning, even if I cleared the settings on the view after that failure, it would still fail. Later on today though, it seems as long as I go back and turn off editing on the view, overwrite works fine no matter what settings are turned on in the parent.

I have a feature service that I want to overwrite using ArcMap, but that feature service has one hosted feature layer view. When I try to overwrite the existing view with ArcMap, I get the error: ERROR: code:400, Unable to delete item. This service item has a related Service item, Bad syntax in request. There are no joins, and both the original feature layer and the view are both set so that "Prevent this item from being accidentally deleted." is turned off and I have disabled editing, but it never works. Overwrites on services without feature layer views still work OK. Is there a workaround so that I can still overwrite the service but not have to remove the view?

Just wondering if anybody else had any ideas. It seems to be an issue with WAB Developer Edition 2.9. 2.8 does not seem to do this.

The data is in ArcGIS Online, not ArcGIS Server. Here is a simple WAB map that is hosted in ArcGIS Online with two search queries, and both are limiting the search results until you hit "Search More". For example, if you do a parcel search for "Jones" which should return hundreds of matches, you get 4 entries then "Search More." But if you search for "Jon" you get 9 matches.. With "Jo" you get 78 entries, then "Search More." Here is the sample map. It is hosted on ArcGIS Online: ArcGIS Web Application For comparison, this map uses the exact same parcel layer that is searchable in the previous link, but on this WAB map, it does not use the "Search More". The difference is, this is an externally hosted WAB 2.8 map. ArcGIS Web Application It seems to me to be connected to changes to the query widget in some WAB release after 2.8. I've found some mentions of this here and there online, but nothing has helped. I've see this post already. Again, it is doing this for me with WAB 2.10 webmaps hosted externally as well as WAB maps hosted on ArcGIS Online at whatever release it is on. Both using feature layers hosted on ArcGIS Online. The "Search More" button completely negates the excellent feature of your search being able to auto-complete as you type! Thanks for your time.

I am using WAB 2.10, Developer. At some point the Query widget seems to be behaving different than in the past. I had a webmap at 2.8 with a query widget set up so that it would list all possible matches, like so: But now, on version 2.10, it replaces the long list with a much shorter list of 6 items, followed by "search more" which you have to click to see the rest of the list results. How can I revert this back to the old behavior which was more intuitive? The new method appears like this: I have seen this discussion https://community.esri.com/message/792992-how-do-i-get-my-query-widget-unique-values-back but that doesn't seem to get me very far. I appreciate any help you all may have.
