Marco, thanks for the sample app and data. The challenge is when a line goes from a point in Japan to another point in US, for example, we don't really have a way to know that it is meant to go via the Pacific Ocean or via Europe. We don’t “automatically” pick the shortest distance. Instead, we assume that the data has been normalized correctly. To workaround, you may try the followings: 1. Provide the data in a way that indicates “across dateline”.For example, by adding 360 degrees to put in the “next” world, ie, instead of using paths: [ [-119, 33], // US [117, 40] // China ] use paths: [ [241, 33], // US <!-- Note the “241”! [117, 40] // China ] Once the data is like that, you can “normalize” it using https://developers.arcgis.com/javascript/latest/api-reference/esri-geometry-support-normalizeUtils.html#normalizeCentralMeridian Jianxia

Marc, By default, Identity manage is triggered when the item is not shared publicly in the app created by Developer Edition. However, you can improve the experience by registering your hosted app in the org to use the OAuth. In this way, if you already sign in ArcGIS Online, the hosted app would pop up the OAuth for approval only, no need to fill in the credentials. Hope this helps. Jianxia

Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS (Developer Edition) 2.10 beta version is available in the Early Adopter Community. It syncs up with the latest Web AppBuilder in AGOL September 18 update. Click on this link to access the latest beta version. Developer Edition 2.10 introduces a new Pocket theme designed for apps embedded in websites, story maps, or other locations with surrounding context, where only one widget is supported in a panel positioned on the left or the right. In addition, multiple widgets have been improved. You can now find layers by typing a keyword in Layer List, use Search to support typing coordinates in the search box to locate a place on the map, set dynamic maximum and minimum values dependent on data configured in Extra Data source for the gauge in Infographic, and hide or customize filter labels in Query. With 3D Daylight, you can now choose a date to reflect the sun’s position at different times. For more information, see the blog. Please use the Forums within the Early Adopter Community to communicate all your observations and feedback. Thank you! The Web AppBuilder for ArcGIS team

Dan, Your link is correct. Original post is asking in which developer edition the fix will be. Sometimes users do not know the version comparison between embedded version in AGOL and developer edition. Once the fix is in AGOL, new version of develop edition following up the AGOL update will be released in 2-3 weeks, including the fixes and new features in AGOL. Thanks for the help!

Robert is right. The issue has been fixed in the latest online September update and will be picked up by Dev Edition 2.10 in October. 2.10 beta version will be available very soon in the Early Adopt Program (EAP). I will paste a link once it is available.
