@KoryKramer Many thanks for answer/explanation related to defect of Pop up in reading/decoding related data. According to my search on Knowledge page Bug is not officially tracked. Reason is clear; not reported to technical support. Why? A little complicated story but let me tell it. Officially, I have a My ESRI account, inherited from a former company purchased from my current company. The current company is not based in Canada and all licenses have been transferred on maintenance to the local ESRI dealer (GDi). Therefore, I can only ask for technical support and report a BUG through him. The procedure is extremely long and slow, especially in critical situations like this one. For this reason, I put the problem on the ESRI community, Geodatabase sub-forum, because it refers to the 'reading/decoding' of geodatabase content by AGP software. And...JesseCloutier one of Esri Community Managers responded privately (big thanks to him) and informed me "I've brought this back up again with my contact on our team to ask that they have an appropriate person get in touch with you to talk further''. But in the meantime, no one contacted me! And here we are! with the same BUG in patch 3.0.4! I apologize for the long text, but this story, at least from a personal point of view, metaphorically speaking, shows that ESRI is running forward, not looking back at all to see if someone is chasing it. Even if he chases him, he can't get far with torn shoes. The Identify function is an elementary thing of every GIS software, so the omission is difficult for me to understand and acceptable! Kory, allow me to put your sentence "...this may be something that is corrected in ArcGIS Pro 3.1" in the end, in the epilogue of this long and overly personal story. I sincerely hope and want to believe that we will not see this failure in the new version. I have the open possibility that, after publication, download, install and test my workflow, together with the management of the company, for whom this is a critical situation in making and/or correcting important 'expensive' decisions. Of course, I will let you know the outcome. Thank you, again and best regards. P.S. If you need test data, I can forward an example.

Have any of the AGP users experienced a problem with the Identify function with more complex relational geodatabase schemas. With version AGP 3.0, ESRI introduced, for me personally, an unimaginable BUG; Pop Up - Identify tools correctly identifies only the first level (the first relational table) with more complex relational schemes, everything else (the same entity connected to the second, third...table, cardinality 1:N) is identified completely incorrectly. I wrote and documented this on the Geodatabase forum, but ESRI, as in other cases, simply ignores this. It's really a shame, because this kind of non-functionality is visible at the first step! My company, due to the nature of the work, often makes quick decisions and supplements them based on the context of interconnected data by simply identifying a logically arranged set of information using the Pop Up/Identify tools. Now must to use ArcMap and AGP 2.9 ver. Generally speaking, it is worrying that, obviously, ESRI releases a product that has NOT been TESTED at all! It is simply impossible not to see this kind of error already at the first click of identification (!?). After documenting the BUG, we expected that the problem would be solved in yesterday's patch 3.04, but NO! This already implies that the non-functionality will continue in the upcoming version 3.1! I am convinced that ESRI knows about this BUG, but despite this they are releasing a semi-finished product on the market! Really incredible!!!

ESRI today... a name, a survivor from the seventies and eighties, which groans under the weight of its own semi-finished products, full of bugs! Of course, they know about it, but the fun is more complete with the users; it is more social, offers more Ideas, i.e. of well-paid user frustrations and...and justifies the existence of not only ESRI, but n similar ones. Business model or rot (???) Hmm...The first evolves legal responsibility/obligation! Rot just a fake story about respect, interaction with users and well-worn staleness.

Typical for ESRI! Pseudo/false-features, half-implementations, half-hearted or no testing, pompous announcement of new versions and...BUG, BUGS, XXXBUGS! Yes, Bugs are an inexhaustible source of ESRI's new versions of ArcGIS Pro, and always in progressive progress! Your problem is the problem of many of us, (never solved!), but not ESRI's! Check it in the next version and see for yourself.

@ Alycia, Welcome! Let me remind you again about the implementation of the grow/shrink function to control the contents of the field(s) within the report. I hope it will be in the upcoming release 3.1. Thank you!

When will you implement the Groove function in the Report? For almost six years, you have not been able to complete the most elementary reporting functions (similar as in cartography). What you have developed so far in the page design is a playground on the glacier without fences/protection.

After several tests on MS Win 10 Pro with update on AGP 2.9 and a clean installation on Win 11 Pro, in both cases the situation was identical - the black screen kept repeating. After this, I did the installation on a new machine (Dell WKS Precision 3650 Tower, 64 GB RAM, Video Card Nvidia Quadro RTX 4000, 16 GB) with preinstalled Win 10 Pro updated with a new - clean installation of Win 11 Pro + AGP 3.0. (Nothing more!). Result = "Ghost of the black screen" was not killed! The settings in the options (change of acceleration, antialiasing mode, rendering quality, rendering engine, graphics settings in the nVidia panel...) had no effect! So, PC Hardware and OS have no part in ESRI's black game. Turning indexing off/on (ESRI implementation) also doesn't change anything. @BarryNorthey optimistically believes that this 'was a design feature' to prevent multiple inputs (!?!) and that 'Esri would have to confirm this'. We are currently in the black game ArcGIS Pro ver. 3.03, and ESRI...ESRI on this and hundreds of other bugs in (see the list of published, there are many more unpublished!), as well as every "good" director "wisely" listens. User damage is not in the Roadmap! @KoryKramer can you tell us your test results? Is there any hardware and OS that doesn't play ESRI BLACK? Thank you!

The problem is not new! It was also present in version 3.01 and 3.02! It is not related to the OS - MS Windows upgrade, but to ESRI's favorite production of Bugs!

Unfortunately, NO! We welcome the eighth year with this Bug - ESRI's mockery at the user's expense, all in the name of the inability and ignorance of the development team to fix the Bug. @CraigWilliams writes that it is planned to be solved... maybe it will in the 22nd century in the version of ArcGIS Super Super Pro.

Thanks for the recommendations! I know about the 'official' BUG communication channel, but... What is this? ESRI community 'without' ESRI? Funny! We pay ESRI dearly for "application development", but they don't pay us for testing! On the contrary, this and a number of officially published bugs clearly show ESRI's irresponsibility!

ArcGIS Pro 3.x, Identify Pop-up correctly identifies only and only the first level of related data (by the depth of all related data - see the attached video) in the geodatabase file. I am asking ESRI to fix the bug urgently! My company often makes and supplements decisions based on the context of interconnected data, by simple identification, a logically arranged set of information. Instead, we now have to uninstall ArcGIS Pro 3.x, install ArcMAP, resymbolize everything, in order to have the usual Workflow. This is really embarrassing! I am convinced that you know about the bug (on the contrary, it means that you have never opened ArcGIS Pro!), but you hear about it, and you consciously push users to new, untested versions! Who gives you the right to steal other people's time?!?

I 'collide' with the same problem, but I don't find an answer in everyday practice. It simply imposes the "necessity of contradiction". In the theory of sets as the basis of databases, redundancy and data integrity do not go hand in hand, but it is obvious that industry practice ignores the theory and introduces contradictions as the basis of its own development and survival. How long...???
