Please see: Sometimes I can't scroll down in the Properties tab. for a similar issue. This is a known issue and a high priority for the next release of AppStudio for ArcGIS (BETA). The only workaround at this time is to use the Settings Tool when your are not signed in to ArcGIS Online. Hannah

Highlight your project in AppStudio for ArcGIS (BETA). Select the cog icon to open the Settings Tool. Browse to Properties tab of the Settings Tool. The properties that control the order of your photos are: Custom Sort - This is a true/false setting to indicate that you are using a custom sort order. Sort Field - This is the field in your data that you have configured to indicate the order of your photos. Custom Sort Order - This can be set to asc or desc to set the order of your photos. In order for AppStudio for ArcGIS to create an .ipa file (iOS installer) for your project, it needs to be signed with an Apple Developer Certificate. This is obtained by joining the Apple Developer Program - Apple Developer. You will need to be a member of this program to publish your apps to the Apple App Store. For more information, please refer to: Sign your app—AppStudio for ArcGIS Desktop Edition (Beta) | ArcGIS Hannah

Thank you for your feedback. I was only hoping to provide you with a workaround to help you continue working on your app projects until the next release of AppStudio for ArcGIS (BETA). An enhancement request has been raised to loosen the URL restrictions when setting Organization URL using the properties tab for the Map Viewer template. If you have any further issues, feel free to contact me offline. Hannah

The input field for your Organization URL in the Map Viewer Properties contains a regular expression to help with data validation. The expression is: (http://|https://)(www.)?([a-zA-Z0-9]+).[a-zA-Z0-9]*.[a-z]{3}.?([a-z]+)? Your URL does not meet these conditions. Some options for you could be: 1. Ignore the errors in the UI. Your URL has already been successfully saved in the appinfo.json. 2. Edit the regular expression in the appschema.json for your app. This way, you can expand the conditions to include the format of your specific URL. 3. Remove the regular expression completely from the appschema.json. I hope this helps, Hannah

Brian, ArcPad will only check data back into the geodatabase it came from. However, if you have data in an .axf file that is unable to bve checked in, you could extract this data using FME. This will allow you to convert an .axf file into a geodatabase, and migrate the data manually into your new geodatabase location. See here for more information: http://support.esri.com/es/knowledgebase/techarticles/detail/39505 Thanks, Hannah

Hi Ahmad, If you open the 'Add Data from Server' tool and enter the address of your server, you should be able to see your map services and add them to ArcPad. There are a few rules that you need to follow for map services, so please read the relevant help topic here and keep the following in mind: The map service must use the Web Mercator projection. You must create a map cache on the server. The map cache must include the highest level of detail, Layer 0 (equivalent to the extent of the world). Thanks, Hannah

Have you looked into using QuickFields? QuickFields allow you to set up values to populate fields in your data automatically - including GPS data. You can build multiple expressions to apply to the one dataset to populate all of the variables you want. Building your expressions in the Expression Builder - they should look something like this: See the ArcPad Help for more information. HTH, Hannah
