Hello, is it possible to add another choice option without having to overwrite the feature service? I currently have a choice list but there is an item that I wish to add without having to overwrite the feature service. I have over 20 surveys submitted with attachments and whatnot and I do not want to have to manually migrate everything over to the new feature service that's created from the republishing process. A second question I have is pretty straightforward. Currently, it is not possible to add a manual text input of a choice field. Is that something that can be implemented to where the user can choose from the list of options or type a manual input. This is probably where the "or_other" option becomes practical. Thanks!

It is definitely not a date field that I am trying to modify. The image below is all I modified. I am trying to change the first length to 115, the second length to 230, and the third length to 2875. Other than that, I touch nothing else.

I have a similar problem/question regarding photo orientation. On our iPhone's, when taking a picture with our screens oriented in landscape, the image on the screen (the preview) is actually showing portrait but taking the picture does capture it in landscape after verifying the attachment. It Is very confusing for the user when it behaves this way. Is this a technical support issue I need to raise up?

When I try updating the layer definition as described in the blog post you provided, I get the following error message: Invalid definition for 'LastEditDate'. Invalid definition for ESRI.ArcGIS.SDS.Metadata.EditingInfo The only thing I am changing is the length of 3 fields. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.

I have a question regarding "other" values in a select_multiple type. I want to restrict the user to only input so many characters if they decided to choose the "other" option for a multiple selection field type; however, I can only restrict the length of the field for the multiple values selected but not the "other" option. Is there a way to restrict this "other" field to a limited amount characters? Does the "other" field inherit the field length if I specify a field length for the select_multiple or_other type? I know it's a mouthful so let me know if I am not making sense.

To all those seeking a solution for browser based disconnected editing for offline use, mark this idea UP! I understand there are other tools out there such as Collector for ArcGIS and Survey123 that allows for this offline editing capability but what about the user that needs to use a browser-based solution? Having a widget through the Developer Edition of the Web AppBuilder would sure solve a lot of my problems.

Yes I have a select_multiple question and yes it would be nice to have an option where you can choose how you want it deliminated. If you could at least put a space between each multiple question value, it would look a whole lot better and easier to segregate.

Thank you for getting back with me. Is there anyway to somehow add spaces after the survey has been submitted? The problem I'm having is that I am creating a form and the Field Name for weather conditions read "Cloudy,Sunny,Rain,Hail" when a user chooses multiple items to collect weather conditions. It just does not look very clear or readable.

Is this a survey that has already been published? I have experienced several error code 400 problems and it usually gives you a little more detail. I have had an error code 400 invalid URL problem before. Does your error code give you anything else?

Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to calculate the amount of time it takes for a user to start a survey and end a survey? Think of the starting and ending of the survey as job start and end times. Is it possible to calculate a field that subtracts the difference between the start and ending time?
