Hi Jessica, As the owner of the survey, this is largely controlled by you.   For crowd-sourced surveys, we first encourage you to set the 'What can submitters do?' setting in Survey123 website to 'Add Only'; this will prevent people from accessing the submitted data via submission endpoint.  See https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2020/05/11/securing-data-in-public-surveys-survey123-web-designer and https://community.esri.com/groups/survey123/blog/2020/05/11/securing-data-in-public-surveys-survey123-connect . When sharing the data out via the Stakeholder (or another view), you choose the audience that can see the results.  If you share the results publicly, then everyone will be able to access the data submitted.  Note that you can hide certain fields or records through the view's definition; see Set hosted feature layer view definition—ArcGIS Online Help | Documentation for more details.  You may, for example, want to add a field to store whether a response has been reviewed and then filter out those records that have not been reviewed from displaying. ... Hi Linda, Non-owners can edit the data if you allow for that via the Collaborate tab - there is a setting for 'what can viewers edit' to select between their own records and all records.  Another way to do this would be to setup an editing-specific application (such as a Web AppBuilder app focused on editing) in ArcGIS Online and share that with the user. ... Hi Ernest, Depending on the specific workflow, there are a few different ways this could be done.   If this is part of a standard workflow, you could create a series of forms, which show only the signature block for that stage of the workflow and are linked to the same feature service.  We recently shared a technical session from our virtual DevSummit that shows this. Given that you described sending the form around to collect different signatures, you could also design a form with multiple signature blocks and then only display them based on username using relevant statements.  You could then  share a link to edit the same feature via the webform. ...
