Okay, it sounds like something is a little off with your form- you should not see geopoint questions in the table you took the original screenshot in nor in the Analyze tab. A couple of questions might help debug this: 1) Did you author the form in Survey123Connect or the Survey123 website? 2) Can you go back to the item details in ArcGIS Online and open the REST url for the layer? It should tell you what field types it thinks are present.

The easiest way to access is to click on the 'folder' button while the survey is being displayed in Survey123Connect.

Can you try to also delete the .iteminfo file in the survey directory? If that does not work, can I ask you to do an attempt while enabling logging (you can enable logging from the settings button on the gallery page; go to the 'Diagnostics' tab).

Can you try manually deleting the form item, feature layer and folder by logging into ArcGIS Online's website and going to 'My Content'? You should then be able to republish.

If the only thing you are doing is update the attached table, then there won't be any removal of surveys from the 'Sent' box. I would advise your inspectors to ensure any surveys in the Outbox are submitted, but there shouldn't be an issue in updating the survey (note: the survey can be updated in place; you do not need to delete the survey to update it).

This may be a long-term solution for some orgs if an administrator wanted to have a level of separation between the user touched data interface and their system of record (if, for example, IT policies prohibited a data editing connection being exposed beyond the firewall). It can also be a stopgap until a connection to a feature service connected to an enterprise database is available; we have provided some instructions with doing so with version 1.10 which was released yesterday- take a look at How To: Create Survey123 for ArcGIS surveys that connect to non-federated ArcGIS Server services for instructions.

From your description, it's hard to determine what the issue might be without further information. I assume that you are able to download the TPK and no errors are mentioned? (The TPK must be downloaded before it can display on the map). The TPK is in Spatial Reference 3857 (i.e., Web Mercator, the standard spatial reference for ArcGIS base maps)?

That sounds correct for the 'SYS_TRANSFER_DATE' field - it's a timestamp of when the synchronization took place. It's recorded so that on future runs of the script, it can exclude records that have already been copied over- the value is read from the feature class and any surveys with a created date before then are excluded from the copy over.

Hi Jamie, We have had a few other requests for select_multiples to control cascading selects, so that enhancement is on our radar. I don't know if it would work in your case, but some other users have worked around it in a similar circumstance with a set of questions (one for each choice) that are relevant when the controlling issue is selected.

Looks like the issue is capitalization. The time zone code should be America/Phoenix (title-cased). I noticed the link to the time zone list was mangled and have updated the post above to get you to correct listing.

Hi all, We have verified the issue in Collector. As a workaround, a link that is in the attribute table now works (that functionality was broken previously). We will be working on a fix as quickly as we can.

Hi Guido, This was a known issue in Collector 10.4 and should have been fixed with the 10.4.1 version of Collector (released Friday) - have you upgraded the application to that version?
