A quick update - the links work when presented as a hyperlink in a web page. We will be including that as part of the survey access experience in a future update to Survey123, but for now you could place it as a link in your own web pages.

Hi John, Go to the 'Collaborate' page for your survey at survey123.arcgis.com - you'll find a link that can be given to people. If the survey was created via the Survey123 website, there will be a web link and a link to open in the field app (phone app). If you created the survey using Survey123 Connect, you'll find only the link to the field app. There is a new web form in Beta that can handle the more complex forms authored in Survey123 Connect. To access the beta web form, open the form in Survey123 Connect and click on the globe button; it has an option to 'Open in web app'. Click that, and the form will load in a browser. On the field app links, we are finding some issues opening the form on Android devices; we've found the best experience is to create web page with a hyperlink. We will be implementing that in a future update of Survey123, though for now you would need to create the web page yourself.

Okay, I've replicated it via a survey published via Survey123 Connect and viewed in the in-beta new web form.

Hi Nicole, At this time, we do not have support to supply an auto-increment. Numbering for repeats might be an easier issue to address than supplying a similar auto-increment for a survey in general (where multiple people, possibly offline, collecting at the same time could cause conflicts in terms of numbering).

Hi Tim, This sounds very similar to the request in Autocomplete survey Addresses and pin it to geopoint map . In your workflow, would the address come from a a table of authoritative address (i.e., parcels, master address repository) or be calculated from a an geocoding (address to lat/long & reverse)?

Ah- given the error, it appeared that the form information is from a previous version of a survey. If that's the case, this might require extraction from the sqlite file to a CSV to recover the data- that was what I was referring to in the second paragraph above.

Hi Nicole, Currently, we do not support calculations across the same field in a set of repeats, which would be needed for this constraint check.

Hi Igor, The issue is likely caused by the text being submitted being too long (Troubleshoot—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS ). When authored from the web, the single line text question can accept a maximum of 255 characters. If you expect responses longer than that, use the multiline text can accept 1000 characters. Surveys published with Survey123Connect can be configured with user-defined character limits.

Hi Nicole, Yes, it is supported. When you login via the Survey123 Connect application, you will see both the surveys you've authored in Survey123 Connect and the Survey123 website.

Hi Simon, There can be other causes for the message aside from the bug that was identified and fixed at 1.10.25. Could you file a tech support request so that we can investigate?

In that case, it appears the original feature service that the form was pointing to was deleted (this happens on a republish that changes the schema). Have you updated the survey on your PC and tried to submit? As a last measure, I can provide some guidance through extracting the information directly from the SQLite file. Message me directly as this is still in development.

If they manually emptied the sent folder, then the submissions are no longer in the database. On trying to reproduce the issue, the steps were: 1) You created the initial survey with a select_multiple 2) Users downloaded the survey form 3) You then changed the survey to have a select_one Is this correct? A couple of points would help clarify: Did the users submit data before or after step 3? If after, did the users update their forms before submittal? If they updated their forms, did the users have surveys completed but not submitted at the time of the update?

Hi Ed, What devices are you using? After an upgrade, Apple devices can show no stored surveys; this can be addressed with the 'Fix Database' button in the Settings (see the Advanced Settings listing in Quick reference—Survey123 for ArcGIS | ArcGIS ). Also can you describe the change made to the survey that was not caught by the checker? I would like to reproduce it so we can file an issue on it.

At this time, we don't support grid-like layouts in Survey123. Addressing Christopher McClain 's comment, Survey123Connect-authored surveys can support live tallying with the 'spinner' appearance (which presents an increment and decrement button on the question), though this might be visually complicated with a grid-like appearance once supported.
