Hi @HélèneTOUYERAS , The issue with Survey123 Connect not working on Windows 8.1 was not an intended discontinuation of support for that operating system. You should find the next release of Survey123 (3.12, available later today) works with Windows 8.1.

I'm not directly aware of what the error might be; we're diving into some deep details of feature service construction. When you create the attachment table, did you do so through REST directly or buy enabling the attachments at the item details? Again, working with Esri Support to diagnose this might be helpful;

Hi @Anonymous User It sounds like you want to have 1 label for 2 questions. The example in the image does that, though as you point out, it's not ideal for left/right presentation. One possibility would be to use the grid theme and lay out the left and right questions next to each other - as they are asking identical questions, the labels will take up the same amount of horizontal space. Here's a quick example, using the Likert appearance to force the choice labels onto 1 line:

Hi @LeonardBarnhill , Depending on how you can determine the new name, there are two methods: 1. Update the submission_url expression. The name for an entry in the Inbox is based on the submission_url setting of the form using the values of questions (fields). If there are alternative fields that would better represent an entry, you can update the submission_url to use those values and then republish the form. 2. Update the data of the entries. You can update the values in the table outside of Survey123 using the Calculate Fields GP tool or other editing tools. You would need to determine what the appropriate 'good name' is (either hard-coded or based on the existing values).

Hi @PaulSweeney3 , I would need more information on this specific setup to be able to completely understand why you are seeing this error. Just to check, the repeat that you added has the id of 6 in the feature service (that is the id of the layer/table that is generating the error)? Can you verify that there is an index on the globalId field on the table you created (should be visible via the json representation of the layer)? This might be better diagnosed through a Esri support ticket.

Hi Doug, If a question has a default value, it is not blank. As I mentioned, the form sample I provided has a default value that met the requirement when 'No' is selected. A blank value indicates that a question has not been answered and calculations will not fire. If a question must be answered, you need to set the 'required' value appropriately (either 'yes' or a condition)

I also developed the form with 3.11. Given the default I set, I would expect the answer would go through when 'No' is clicked - the condition was if No is clicked, the value must be 0. Given that you mentioned that you had a default value, I used that as the default.

Hi Doug, Can you provide more detail? Based on your description, I have created a basic form that attempts to replicate the condition and it appears the constraint operates successfully. Also, can you check which version fo Survey123 Connect/Survey123 you are using - the issue with . not working was introduced in a beta release; the current-most beta available on EAC has this resolved.

Thanks for the details, I see that this service was involved in an earlier support case that led to BUG-000132262. It would still be the best practice to have the GeoMSP team have CORS properly configured so that their services can be used as resources by others; if you have a contact with that team I would encourage you to mention this. This is directly related to changes in the ArcGIS JSAPI (not all apps will automatically compensate). That being said, adding a proxy for these types of resources (as ArcGIS Online has on it's main portal) can be considered.

Hi @JulietK , Just to check, this is displaying the value of a time (not date-time) question within another question or note on using the web form? As time is stored as a string, you can use the subset() function to only show the first 5 characters. Date-time questions can use the format-date() function to display components of the time.

Hi @DerekPhyn , The Survey123 website does not allow users to edit other's data (aside form the survey owner). As you've mentioned, there are other tools that can be configured for an editing/QA process, including Experience Builder.
