I have a similar workflow. And it has been working for me. I'm still new to the Power Automate, so it might not be the best way to handle it, but it works nevertheless. 1. Step 1, I connect to a child table - 'When a record is updated....' 2. Step 2, I fetch updated record from the child table - 'Fetch updates, changes, or deletions...' 3. Step 3, I get data from a parent table - 'Get data from feature layer' 4. Step 4, I update fields in my child table (using fields from parent table) - 'Update fields in comments...' 5. Step 5, I get data from the child table (so i can send it in an email) - 'Get data from feature...' I hope this helps.

This is what works for me, using 'Update a record in a feature layer' action: 1. under 'Layer In' - Specify you layer location (My Content) 2. under 'Feature Layer' - Select the layer you wish to update 3. under 'unique ID Field' - Specify unique id field (in my case its globalID), it could be a different field in your case 4. under 'GlobalID' - Specify GlobalID field (its required, you data must have globalID field) 5. under 'Advance Parameters' - Select field(s) you would like to update 6. next enter a value you would like to calculate (no quotes). In my case I'm updating Email Status field, and setting it to be equal to: Thank You Closed. You will probably need to add condition before the 'Update a record...' step, so update happends only if the field is not populate, or whatever condition that you need. I hope this helps.

This is an expression that I have, and it works as expected: convertTimeZone(addSeconds('1970-1-1', Div(items('Apply_to_each_3')?['Attributes/CreationDate'],1000),'MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt'),'UTC','Central Standard Time','MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss tt')

@AnthonyLatini I don't want to get too excited, but I noticed that starting November 30th, around 11am - 12 pm ALL my flows started running successfully. I believe that there has been update to AGO, is the last day or so. Does that have anything to do with this change? And here is a screen shot from before Nov 30 (11am-12pm). Thank you, Nataliya

I'm new to Power Automate, started using it over a month ago. I have a number of flows set up, all using ArcGIS online connector. Yesterday I noticed that all my flows failed. The errors that I got looks like token expiration issue. I reset my ArcGIS online connection and 'resubmitted' each flow, and so I'm back to were I started. Kind of. The problem is that I have some flows that get triggered when feaure is created. So even if I fixed the connection issue, I'm now left with features that were not updated by power automate (power automate assigns some values to features when they get created) and email with updates didn't get send, since the flow is triggered on feauture creation. I wonder if there is some work around for this. Is there anyway to get notified then the token gets expired? Because if I wouldn't have checked, i would have never known that it expired. Hopefully in a day or two some of my users would have notified me that they are not getting emails, that power automate is supposted to sent then features are updated. Appreciate any ideas suggestion on how to handle the token expiration issue. Thank you. Nataliya

I'm experiencing a similar issue. I have a number of flows set up in Power Automate. The flows are listening for feature updates, and when updates are made (and conditions are met) an email get sent and email status is updated. However, I have been noticing that the flows not always work as expected. I can see that flow is being triggered, but the 'fetch updates' output is empty? I was told that there is a bug, it doesn't apper to capture the first update that is made. But in this specific case i have issue with subsequent updates just not being fetched randomly. At least I don't see any patterns. I also openned a ticket with ESRI to see if someone can assist. Thank you, Nataliya

@AnthonyLatini thank you for the information. I think that might be it, the issue with 'the first update'. I have a number of other flow, and they work fine, but they are not triggered by 'the first updated'. Here is my output, and I'm getting just empty brakets. Are there any workarounds for this issue? Thank you,

I'm also trying to set up Power Automate to send an email notifictions when reports are submitted through ArcGIS Citizen Reporter application. And I'm running into an issue with one of my flows. Here is my workflow: 1. Report is added through the citizen reporter 2. Status value 'Submitted' is assigned by default, when report is created 3. I have a python script running every 5 minutes, the scripts checks all new features added and based on location of the feature, it calculates' Geographic Assignment' field for each added report 4. Once 'geographic assigment' field is calculated I would like my Power Automate Flow to run, and make some aditional updates to the feature, and then send an email. 5. The flow is getting triggered, but it doesn't seem to pick up the edits so condition is not met and email is not getting sent. I cannot figure out why the flow is not recognzing the update to the 'Geographic assignment' field? A side note, the flow will run if I manually edit one of the fields (after 'geographic assignment' field was already populated) Here is my Flow:
