Hi Bruce, That's correct. This is a requirement of offline there cannot be duplicate layers (layers pointing to the same underlying data). We don't have a solution for this requirement at this time - as it's an issue within the platform. Craig

Hi Sterling, I cannot cancel in progress assignments and is the only way to free these assignments is to have the mobile worker decline the assignment? Correct, once the assignment is In Progress the Dispatcher is prevented from changing it. The mobile worker can either Decline the assignment or use the Reset command to change it's status back to Assigned What happens to "In Progress" assignments if a mobile worker is removed from the Workforce project? Do their assignments just go back to Unassigned? If a worker is assigned or has in use assignments, such as those In Progress , they cannot be removed from the Project. So it should not be possible to get into this state. Craig

Hi Jay, this sounds like it could be a bug. In order to create Offline Map Areas, all layers in the map need to be sync enabled. I think the fastest way to troubleshoot this is to contact technical support. I could also take a look at it - but I would need the username and password for the user who owns the data. Hi Bill, Unfortunately this is not possible and we don't have any plans to add the Description field to the To Do list and the ability to customize the To Do list, while in our backlog, isn't assigned to a release. The only other idea I have is - to also co-opt the Location field. You can edit text or place name for a location be whatever you want. We did this originally to support a location such as "123 Main St SE corner of lot". You could preface the Location with the Sign type - I think this would get you what you're looking for. Hi Matt, With the move to offline in the new release of Workforce we've also moved away from the Workforce Project item to storing information in the Workforce feature service and web maps. This was done to facilitate the Workforce capability moving into Field Maps (currently planned for later this year). You can still access the app integrations to do what you need; these are now stored in a table within the Workforce feature service. Hello, No, this is not supported in Workforce. It will be supported when Workforce moves into Field Maps which is tentatively planned to start later this year. Craig

Hi Tom, That was a feature we deferred from the December release but is something we're looking at for March. We're looking at a "show all" or providing the ability to select the number of maps displayed per page. Craig

Hi Nathan, The Field Maps web app has the ability to bulk hide web maps from being available to the Field Maps mobile app. The Field Maps web app only displays the maps you own. Let us know if this addresses your need and if not, what we can add to Field Maps web app to help with this. thanks, Craig

Hi Melisa, I'm trying to pitch workforce for a large division in my company and I was using a list provided by them. I will try to change up there wordfrasses and instruct them to elaborate in notes or attach files. Please let us know what their reply is - you can email the team directly at [email protected] in future reales maybe a task could have a default note with a longer description? We are looking into supporting this in a future mobile release - no timeline yet on when that will occur, but I'm hopeful it will be in 2021. Craig

Thank you Melisa, you for the screenshot - this helps. Are you able to reword or edit the assignment types so that what makes each one understood by the mobile worker; is at the beginning of the assignment type?

Hi Melisa, I see the issue in the mobile app - I'm wondering if you can send me what the Assignment Type string values are so we can see how long they are for your project. You could send a screenshot of the Assignment Types table with the column expanded so we can see how long each Assignment Type name is. thanks, Craig
