Hello, Yes, it can take this long it depends on several factors.  Have you created a Map Area for the Workforce project in the web app?  If you haven't; then the mobile app may be trying to download more data than it needs. Hello, What issue are you seeing?  Workforce sync operates with the following rules: Workforce has an automatic sync that occurs every 15 minutes when the mobile worker has an internet connection. If the mobile worker updates an assignment, their worker status, or their location, an automatic sync occurs every 60 seconds. Mobile workers can also perform a manual sync when they have an internet connection by tapping Sync now in the mobile app. You can see the status of sync and the time since the last sync attempt by tapping the Sync command in the upper right hand corner of the app. Craig ... Hi Daniel, It shouldn't be possible to add a named user to a Workforce project twice as a Field Worker - I have not seen this and can't reproduce it.  Did you see an error or a timeout when trying to add the worker the first time? Here's what I suggest: Have the field worker remove the project from their device and sign out Your plan to remove (I'd suggest you unassign them from the Worker) in order to remove the Worker from the project is the path to follow You will need to handle the Completed assignments.  I would remove the WorkerID from those assignments.  This will allow you to remove the Worker from the project on the Users tab in the configure project page for Workforce. Add the user back as a Worker. To ensure the Completed assignments reference the worker; copy the GlobalID value for the user from the Worker layer and add it to the WorkerID field for the Completed assignments. @AdrianWelsh The Field Maps web app will list all maps owned by the connected user. We did change the browse screen for the web app to use pagination and only display 20 maps at a time - you can filter the list though and find the map you need. In short; if you own the map, it will show up in your browse and you'll be able to filter on it. Craig ... View more

Hi Shannon, This is not possible in an offline scenario.  You could technically support it after the data is sync'd/uploaded but would require writing python code to setup a script. You could also look at webhooks with Survey123. We have discussed supporting a callback from other apps, such as Survey123, where you could configure that once the survey is completed and submitted, Workforce be launched and the assignment status changed.  That's not something that we have planned for this year however.
