Configuration: Web app / dashboard with map featuring a region/district dataset. Survey form embedded in the web app/dashboard to capture information to populate form fields. Process: Users search for a locality. Once the locality is found, the user clicks on the map and has both the locality name and the region/district name populate respective fields in the form. Issue: Is this process possible and can the question be repeated, such as, 'place I would visit first', and then 'place I would visit second'.

Hi @jcarlson, Thank you for supplying code. Great explanation of code breakdown. I have tested code, but not getting output with my data in pop-up. Wondering if I could add you to a group to have a quick look. Interested in looking into dashboard options using code to visualize data as you suggested. Regards, Craig

I wish to create an expression for a pop-up for my polygon feature layer (counties) that interrogates an overlapping point feature layer (samples). I will relate and filter the values using a field titled 'county_name'. The attribute table for 'samples' consists of: county_name surveyed a b A 2005 High Low A 2006 High Low A 2006 Low Medium B 2007 Low High B 2008 Medium Low B 2008 Medium Medium C 2009 High Low When a user clicks in a relevant county in my map, I wish the pop-up to do the following: list county name; list relevant survey year; count the number of categories for each sample type by category (eg. A, 2005, a 1 High, b, 1 Low; A, 2006, a 1 High, a 1 Low, b 1 Low, b 1 Medium; ...... B, 2008, a 2 Medium, b 1 Low, b 1 Medium); using return values use an If,Then,Else process to colour code the returned value into a range of colours. Issue I have run into is how to get the range of surveyed years and access sampling categories. My current code will filter by 'county_name' and give a total count of samples within county but breaking down further into more detail has me stumped. What I think will need to happen is create one expression and possibly repeat it several times for either each year or each sampling category and build responses into some HTML code for a custom table in the pop-up. Any advice appreciated. Regards, Craig

Trying to achieve similar prompt when 'batching' other system tools, where you have each parameter laid out for inputs: Param 1 Param 2 Param 3 Param 4 A a 1 A;B B b 2 C;D C c 3 E;F D d 4 G;H;I So a list is created for each set of four parameters: lst = [['A', 'a', '1', 'A;B'],['B', 'b', '2', 'C;D'],['C', 'c', '3', 'E;F'],['D', 'd', '4', 'G;H;I']] Tool will be distributed, so unsure of inputs to create 'MultiValue' lists.

I have created a python script which I am applying to a 'script tool'. I have configured the tool but wish to be able to run the tool in batch mode if possible, similar to other 'system tools'. The batch portion relates to input variables for the script to process.

Hi @IsmaelChivite, Great posting. I have a scenario where I have a survey which creates a point location with barcodes used to make unique location IDs. A second survey creates a dataset using the barcodes to provide a relationship for repeat site sampling. Is is possible to embed two surveys into a dashboard to correct/edit data in both datasets and possibly remove/delete initial 'training' samples. 'Training' day points and records have been mixed with actual project data. Regards, Craig

Hi, I have created a Dashboard with a webmap. Within the webmap I wish to capture the logged in 'Username' and use it as the basis for symbolising my webmap. I have 'tracking' enabled on the feature layer within the webmap. Wondering how I should code this in Arcade. Hoping to use this as a data filter to only display logged in users data. Regards, Craig
