Hi David- Yes, if you are looking for a unique primary key for your relationship I'd suggest adding and using a GlobalID field to your featureclass as opposed to the ObjectID. -Doug

Hi Eugene- At this time we don't have a version of Collector available for Windows 10 Mobile. This is something we're continuing to evaluate moving forward. You can keep track of upcoming development work here on our doc page: Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS. -Doug

Hi Brian- Within Collector when you are working with an online map (one you have not downloaded to your device), you can utilize both online and on device basemaps. However, when working with on device maps, you can only use basemaps you're downloaded to your device. One note, with the upcoming Collector 10.4 release we will support zooming in beyond the minimum scale of your basemap (resampling as needed) on all platforms. This will apply to both online and on device basemaps. Please join the beta program and give it a test drive, would appreciate your feedback. -Doug

Hi Joe- The Collector 10.4 Beta release is not yet available on Android, though we expect it soon. I'd strongly advise against using any beta release for production work, but it is a good opportunity to give it a try and see if there are issues in terms of your workflow before the final release. -Doug

Scott- Thanks for sharing your workflows; very helpful in understanding the challenges you're trying to solve. Currently Collector doesn't support a method to download the same map multiple times. However, there are a couple methods you can take now to achieve what you're ultimately looking for. 1. Create and sideload a large TPK for the basemap that covers all the areas where you'll be performing data collection. When taking the map offline, use the TPK and take off the unioned extent of the operational layers. This will ultimately give you full coverage of the areas, but will result in existing data in areas outside the data collection being downloaded. If you are just collecting data, you can use some of the new offline options to minimize this though. For more info see this doc: Prepare maps for offline use—Collector for ArcGIS | ArcGIS 2. As suggested in an earlier post, create a set of 5 different maps and download each individually. -Doug

Hi Dan- Here are some answers to your questions: Yes, you will be able to store the elevation value if you wish, though not a requirement. We will support the ability to specify the antenna height, which will be included in the elevation value. Selecting an appropriate coordinate system and datum transformation is supported. Yes, much like altitude we will support storing additional position information as attributes. The beta will be available on all three supported platforms (Android, iOS, Windows). On all three platforms there should be no limitations beyond the receivers capabilities in terms of accuracy. Hope this helps and look forward to your participation and feedback in the beta. -Doug

Hi Mark- There are a couple of ways you could include read-only data in your offline map. Both will require the service to support sync. 1. In the web map, disable editing on the layer you want to be used as read-only. Information within the work area you specify will be downloaded, but will not be editable from within Collector. 2. At the service level, restrict capabilities to just support Query and Sync (remove create, update, and delete capabilities). The first option is probably the easiest and most flexible approach for most scenarios. -Doug
