Pankaj- If each user is logging in to the device using a different account, each user will need to install Collector separately. Windows Store apps are sandboxed and limited to the specific user account (they do not require administrator rights to install). Hi Morten- The upgrade process will be handled in the same manner as the installation (in your case through SCCM deployment). If you are only interested in having them add/update/delete inspection records, you could disable editing for the parent feature layer in the web map.  This will prevent field workers from updating the feature attributes or geometry.
