Issue with attachments on offline areas - something to do with attachment keywords

Trying to use a fieldmaps form for related tables (Pole -> Inspections)
The attachments are working when using the online area.
The offline area downloads fine but has issues opening the form.

@gis_KIWI4 if you've included attachment elements in your form, you'll need to ensure that you've configured your offline options appropriately to work offline. Have you enabled the following option in the offline configuration in Field Maps Designer or the web map's offline settings?
