Hi @ScottLarkin3, This issue was resolved in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2. It would be better to use the latest release than apply the workaround. Please upgrade directly to this release, ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2 Now Available!! Hope this helps,

We had to temporarily pull the initial ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2 release because it appeared there was a licensing issue with some customers who have EA program licenses (e.g. higher education). There were no changes/updates to the actual Monitor 2023.2 software, so there is no list of changes. Hope this helps,

However, all of our metrics for the services don't appear to be logging any data This usually means that the ArcGIS Monitor instance has not been licensed, or your license file has expired. You can check by navigating to the Administration tab > License. However, in your Request Rate screenshot, it appears that data is being collected by Monitor - there are just no requests trying to access the selected component. Can you please check the Site Machines Availability (%) and Instances Saturation Percent (%) charts? (I believe you have an ArcGIS Server site component selected). Hope this helps,

ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2 is a minor update that contains one new piece of critical functionality: the ability to set a data retention policy. As data metrics and logs are collected for components and stored in the ArcGIS Monitor database, its storage size can grow quickly over time. To help ensure storage needs fit within the underlying disk space of the database, administrators can configure how long the collected data will be retained by ArcGIS Monitor. This property is called the data retention policy. We strongly encourage ArcGIS Monitor 2023 users to upgrade to this latest release ASAP.
