Hi @MaxBöcke, To confirm, are you using ArcGIS Monitor 2023.1 and not the 2023.0 release? We fixed a few CA cert bugs at the 2023.1 release. Hi @Amanda__Huber,  Thanks for sharing more details about your requirements. I will add this info into the dev backlog. And I'm sorry that Monitor 2023 is not functionally equivalent to the earlier Monitor release. We realize this and are actively working on addressing this. The Alert ID codes that you're referencing in your screenshot don't correspond to a specific error. The IDs are unique to your ArcGIS Monitor instance and are simply unique ID values. Hi @BFraney and @René_Ténière, Are you guys accessing ArcGIS Monitor web app via remote desktop?  I ask, because of the info that @René_Ténière provided in his 2nd post. In ArcGIS Monitor 2023.0, we had a bug where batch labeling was not working when accessing ArcGIS Monitor web app via remote desktop. This bug was fixed in Monitor 2023.1. I'm wondering if the behavior you're both seeing with the empty pop-up might be caused by the same reason. Hi @BFraney, Clicking the Collection status icon should display a pop-up that shows alerts for the collection. Hi @Amanda__Huber, FYI: Please select the label(s) you would like to "sort" or "filter" on - by selecting the desired label(s) under the "Labels" button (which is located to the left of the "Sort" button in the UI.
