@TimElliott We are actively working on adding tables to dashboards. It is a bit too soon to offer a target date, but we do plan to support attribute tables, summary tables, and matrix tables. Most of what you list above should be possible, but drilling up/down should probably be considered a separate idea/request as it will be a longer timeframe before we could deliver something like that.

@TimElliott In ArcGIS Dashboards Beta, indicators have been enhanced with the ability to use Arcade for conditional formatting. With it, you will have much more flexibility.

@RiannaAylward ArcGIS Dashboards Beta provides the ability to conditionally format Lists and Indicators via Arcade. Your example of "severity 5 incident tiles will turn red" example should be possible in the Beta today. Your "incidents within 5 miles of an asset will turn yellow" will not. To do this, you'd probably need to process/analyze your data in a way that it results in a 'closest asset' field which stores a number. Then, Arcade could be used to color based on the value in that field.

Dashboards attempt to format and parse numbers in a locale-sensitive manner. English, French and German locales were pointed out in the documentation as examples, but dashboards support all the locales the ArcGIS Online platform supports (link). Should the dashboard author choose, we offer the ability to override a locale's default number formatting by specifying a pattern.

@KrishV Polygons can vary greatly in size (which might imply different scale levels when zooming to their extent). Can you provide more details on how you'd want things to work? For example, would the expectation be to center the map on the polygon's centroid and then set the scale (regardless if the whole polygon 'fits' within the extent at the specified scale)?
