Langan Engineering, headquartered in Parsippany, New Jersey, provides an integrated mix of engineering and environmental consulting services in support of land development projects, corporate real estate portfolios, and the energy industry. The internal enterprise GIS system at Langan is composed of 7 to 10 ArcGIS Enterprise environments. Troubleshooting technical issues presented challenges for the GIS services team such as manually checking every server when a problem occurred or scalability and performance issues due to Langan's growing number of web services. When you define the collection, select the option to enable a feature service. After the collection is created, you will also get a REST endpoint - this is the feature service you enabled. Next, you can register this as a new item in an enterprise portal, this creates a new feature layer based on the feature service. Then you can add that feature layer to ArcGIS Dashboards. Currently you connecting to ArcGIS Monitor through the ArcGIS Web Adaptor is not possible - but this is on our dev roadmap. Hi @ScottLarkin3, This issue was resolved in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2. It would be better to use the latest release than apply the workaround. Please upgrade directly to this release, ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2 Now Available!! Hope this helps,
