ArcGIS Monitor provides a consolidated interface for evaluating and monitoring overall system health and performance of ArcGIS Enterprise deployments and associated infrastructure. The application allows various components to be registered, and for each registered component health, performance, and usage metrics are collected and stored. When monitored metrics deviate from acceptable ranges, alerts are generated and can be associated with notifications, which send emails or leverage webhooks to notify responsible parties. Hi @GisMan, This capability will be available in the forthcoming ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 release. You will be able to configure a data expression that queries for the total number of portal members who have logged into the Enterprise portal within the last day. Hope this helps,

Hi @NaveenK, This might be related to a bug in the older component status model. Please upgrade to the latest ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1 release. Or if you can, wait for the ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 release which will be coming out in later this month. Hope this helps,

Hi @SGTomlins, > Analysis views ... can that all be saved and used in another installation of Monitor? Export/Import and then be able to edit the particulars for the new environment? Unfortunately, the export/import of configured elements in Analysis views is not currently possible in ArcGIS Monitor. Sorry. This is on the Dev roadmap and planned to be part of the Monitor 2024.1 release. Hope this helps,

For example, for Enterprise portals. > Do we have a release date for ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0? Monitor 2024.0 is scheduled for release in mid-Aug timeframe. Hi @Br1an_Peters, Can you please elaborate on what you mean by " ... focusing on "network" performance ..."? FYI, ArcGIS Monitor does not report detailed metrics on system/network performance. It does capture some metrics for hosts and their incoming and outgoing network data - but not for a system/network. Please refer to the Collected metrics for hosts help documentation. Hi @Br1an_Peters, ArcGIS Monitor does not supporting registering ArcGIS Online content to collect metrics. It's designed and meant for ArcGIS Enterprise. Hope this helps,

Hi @MikeEtterWSB, Just to add onto Ryan's post which is correct. The “users_total:active” metric queries for the total number of unique logins to Enterprise portal in the last 30 days. The '30 minutes' portion in the data expression refers to the sampling of collected data in ArcGIS Monitor. What you're looking to do is not currently possible in ArcGIS Monitor 2023.3.1. However, in ArcGIS Monitor 2024.0 you will be able to query the “users_total:active” metric for the last day, last week, or last year. Hope this helps,
