ArcGIS Monitor 2023.2 - ArcGIS Server services status and its metrics status shown as 'Unknown' instead of Nominal (alerting is ON)

Hello Guys,

ArcGIS Server services status and its metrics status showing as 'Unknown' instead of Nominal despite alerting being set on certain metrics.

Toggling the alerting OFF/ON  puts the status back to 'Nominal'.  This may be a workaround but can't do this for all the services (and its metrics).

Ended up unregister and registering it back again. It looks OK now. I need to monitor to see if it returns back,

Hi @NaveenK,

As I mentioned earlier in this thread, I encourage you to upgrade your ArcGIS Monitor instance to a more current release so you'll have the benefit of all the fixes that were addressed.
