Many Thanks Richard, I am trying here to publish the 4 F.C as map services so that every single F.C in a different map service, then to receive them in a web mapping applications. And then the end user of my web mapping application can get all data of other services if he identify just one of them. Thank you I hope I clarified myself much better. Thank you

Many thanks Richard for your help, But How could I relate the 4 F.C together while they are not stored in the same file geodatabase ? What I want to do is to access to all records for the other 3 F.C when I identify ONE of them. For example : If I identify the community F.C I need to see the attributes of the builtup area , Admin boundary, and UMPs. and the same way when I identify the BuiltUp I should be able to see the attributes of the thee other F.C and etc. Thanks, Ahmad

What is the The best practice to join\relate\connect communities\UMP\BuiltUP\Admin boundaries, Could you please consider the following scenario: 1. I have a feature class with a name “community “ which I consider it the main layer in may work, so I relate it to more than one table and it has many information about the community. 2. Then I have three other feature classes each one is stored in a deferent file geodatabase ( built-up area, UMP urban master plan, and Administrative boundary). Now how could I join\relate\connect the three feature classes (built-up area, UMP, and Administrative boundary) to the (community) feature class so that when I identify the community point I can get the whole results from all feature class? Many thanks, Ahmad

Despite the fact that I have followed the three rules in order to read an map service in Arcpad 10.2.1 The map service must use the Web Mercator projection. You must create a map cache on the server. The map cache must include the highest level of detail, Layer 0 (equivalent to the extent of the world). the Arcpad still fails to read the map service, please have a look at the following screenshot which highlights the issue And then after selecting the map service I got the following message, and then nothing shown in the Arcpad What might be the issue here ? Any help is appreciated Many thanks, Ahmad

Many thanks Hannah, It worked with me, but how could I overcome the problem of projection because my map services have different projections, and I need to publish them in with my own projection not with Web Mercator and still read them in arcpad. Is there any work around to do this ? Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Ahmad

t's really frustrating that adding a new representation form the Catalog window of ArcMap does not work while it works if I do it from TOC 1) adding the required lyr file as a symbology then right click and "convert symbology to representation" form TOC, representation works fine. 2) Right click on the feature class then proprieties then representations add new dosent work. AND now trying do do it from the catalog window

Please, consider the following scenario: The following mosaic dataset contains 3 images in it, it was published as a service and cashed, and it works fine and many organizations read from my server. 2. I need to add 2 more images to the same mosaic dataset, so the shape of the new published service will be similar to the screenshot below. Now my question is what is the best practice to update the old published service such that the new one reflects the change in the mosaic dataset and shows the 5 images? Note that I want to publish it with the same name in order not to interrupt the other organizations “not to change the link to this service in their web mapping applications”. Thank you
