Hi LynchburgGIS It is currently a known issue that the Analyze page and individual response view in the Data page cannot work properly if there's nested group or repeat section in the survey. Thanks.

Hi Michael Jabot What you saw in step 6 is expected, the "Members of the Organization" will always be checked if you check the "Everyone (public)" due to any members in your org can definitely access the survey if it's shared to public. Is there any other exception you've encountered until step 9?

Hi Finnian, Answers to read-only questions will show up on the Analyze page in 2.1 release, which planned in late May/early June. Note: only read-only question with calculation set will show up on the Analyze page due to read-only question without a calculation will not generate a field in the behind feature service Thanks again for your feedback!

Hi Mike, From your description below, Another odd happening is that it does not stay shared. I share with everyone .... try it on a device ... and then when I log back in (either in Survey or ArcGIS) it is back to Not Shared. Seems it's the same behavior of one of the known issues with the Survey123 website, which is caused by lack of certain privilege in your ArcGIS Online account (share to everyone/org/group). To help us confirm the cause of the problem, would you mind please to follow the steps below and let us know if there's something wrong in any step? Sign into www.arcgis.com with your organization account In the My Content page, find the survey folder on the left panel which you want to share In the survey folder, make sure you see 3 or 4 items The last one, which has the "_stakeholder" postfix, will only appear if you have shared the survey in the Analyze tab of the Collaborate page once Unshare all items in the survey folder Select all items in the survey folder Click the Share button In the Share dialog, make sure to uncheck all checkbox, and click OK. This will make the entire survey completely private Please make sure that you can see all the Everyone (public), {your org name}, These groups options as below Sign into the Survey123 website (https://survey123.arcgis.com), go to the Submit tab of the Collaborate page, you should see all the checkboxes are not checked and also the “Currently, no one except you can submit data to the survey.” message on the left to the Save button Check Everyone (Public) and click Save After you see the Saved Successfully! message, go back to the My Content page in ArcGIS Online Check the Form item and the Feature Layer (hosted, view) item with _fieldworker postfix, click the Share button, to see if it's the same result as my screenshot below: Everyone (public) and {org name} checkboxes should be selected If you see the exactly same results in step 8, then your survey should work publicly, that means people can submit records to the survey without logging

Hi all, The following bugs have been addressed and fixed from your test results, all fixes will be released in the next 2.0 release (early April). If I publish a new survey with no extent set, the map appears in the Individual Response section but the map shows the whole world This is a behavior by design If I republish the same survey with Preview Map and Detailed Map options configured, the map still appears in the Individual Response section but is centred over the west of the US Bug: This will occur when setting a zoom level in Home Location of the map in a Survey123 Connect survey to a decimal value. Fixed: now both decimal and integer zoom level values will work. If I publish a brand new survey, and configure Preview Map and Detailed Map options, no map appears in the Individual Response section Bug: This will occur when setting the Default Map Type of the map in a Survey123 Connect survey to "World Topography". Fixed: now all map types in a Survey123 Connect survey will work. Thanks again for your feedbacks!

Hi Peter Timmers, For the default zoom level in individual response, you can set it in the Settings->Map tab in Survey123 Connect or the home location of a GeoPoint question in the web designer, see https://github.com/Esri/Survey123Community/issues/553 for details. For the custom report feature, we're considering the feature plan, however, we would really appreciate if you can provide more details about your required in the thread: https://community.esri.com/thread/186724-how-to-design-a-custom-report-template , so we can have a better design for all users. Thanks.

Hi Scott Moore, Thanks a lot for your feedback. Would you mind sharing some user scenarios of these parameters from your perspective? It can help us to improve the design when we implement that. Actually, we have the plan to add URL parameters to the Survey123 web app, please stay tuned with the Survey123 blog. In the meantime, * Set a default value for a question * Set "Cache answer to this question" to true of a question may help you somehow before we deliver the URL parameters feature.

Hi Garrett Starks, For the My Surveys page in Survey123 website, we're using the exact search criteria shown below to find surveys in your ArcGIS Online account: ((type:Form AND (typekeywords:xForm OR typekeywords:Form)) OR (type:"Code Sample" AND typekeywords:XForms AND tags:"xform")) To distinguish if the issue is caused by the surveys themselves or a network problem, can you please try the following steps? 1. Sign into your organization homepage in ArcGIS Online 2. Paste the above search string into the search box in the upper right corner: 3. Click "Search All Content" If all your surveys can show in the search result, then it could be a network problem which causes the issue.
