I'm very excited about the latest Survey123 update, especially the ability to give other stakeholders access to report on our surveys!

When I went to give it a try, though, I found that trying to save any changes to settings in the Collaborate tab in Survey123 throw a 'Failed to Save {}' error.

Not sure, but you can try by making sure that your hosted feature service is in the same folder as your survey form.

Thanks Sclarke-esristaff‌ for sharing the helpful experience.  However, it might not be able to fix all cases.

It is currently a known issue that the Collaborate page is not working properly if the survey is created from an existing feature service in Survey123 Connect.

Will post here again once we have fixed the issue.

Has there been any update to this? I'm encountering the same issue.

Hi Ben,

Can you please share a screenshot of the error message in the Collaborate page? In the meantime, would you mind checking if there's already an item with "_stakeholder" postfix in your survey folder of the ArcGIS Online account?
