Conor Graham Do you mean display in a carousel fashion on the home page where they automatically rotate or each time you refresh the page, you get a random one, but it doesn't change unless you refresh again. Mike

Dan McCoy Yes, there have been changes here and what you want is possible. When the Admin deletes a member from the Organization, if Esri Access is enabled, the account will convert to a personal (public) account. If Esri Access is NOT enabled, then the member will be completely deleted. The member can't own content or groups when being removed.

I suspect we may be too restrictive when validating the email address. Does your email address have characters other than numbers and letters? For example, do you have an underscore in your company name, the part after the @ sign? That is being flagged as invalid right now. Perhaps you can give us your email address so we can check. I'd suggest contacting Esri Technical support rather than posting here on a public forum Alternatively, you can try to figure out what part of your email address is causing the problem and let us know. Most likely, it is a special character. If you turn off the contact us link, you can save your home page. Or alternatively, use a different email address temporarily that will validate. Thanks, Mike

These recommendations are provided by our usability and accessibility team. Do: Utilize branded icons with sufficient contrast. Brand images with logo in corner. Use logos with imagery or solid brand color background. Use a map or terrain background. Avoid: Adding any text over the thumbnail. This is especially problematic when it is small or low contrast. Repeating text on the thumbnail that's already part of the title or summary. Placing all text on the thumbnail and not showing the title or summary. Some room for improvement for us here at Esri too! Thanks, Mike

Mary Ellen Perko We made a change to your organization subscription that should address the issue. It was a specific problem with the way your subscription was configured. So it should work now. Thanks! Mike

The error message indicates that your organization subscription is out of or nearly out of file storage space and that image is putting you over the limit, causing the upload to fail. Can you take a look at your file storage space available? If not, we can do so on our side if you give us your subscription ID found on the organization tab. I can ask Esri Technical Support to reach out to you if necessary. Or you can contact Support directly and reference this post. That way you don't have to share your ID publicly on this thread. Thanks, Mike

Unfortunately, I can't reproduce your problem. Are you able to upload images in other areas of ArcGIS Online? For example, can you upload this image as the thumbnail of an item? I'm wondering if you're just having a general problem uploading files. Perhaps you can try this with Chrome's developer tools. 1. Get to the point where you select your image, but don't click save yet. 2. On the keyboard, hit ctrl-shift-i (lower case letter i) simultaneously. You'll see a window appear or part of the browser window taken over 3. Click the Network tab in the dev tools 4. Click Save to upload your image The network tab shows the requests that get sent. You should see 1 or 2 entries. If you click on them, on the left side, and on the right, you have Headers, Preview and Response, you might be able to see an error message from the request that doesn't get shown to you. In my case, you can see that the image upload was a success. This could help us troubleshoot the problem. Thanks, Mike

Can you describe what's happening a little more? Do you get past the upload dialog or is it just hanging? What browser are you using? Can you share your image here? Do you see any error message? Thanks, Mike

If I understand your question correctly, it seems like you want the default date to be set to "today" such that when new features get added, they're added with the current date. If this is what you want, we don't support relative dates like this as default values as far as I know. Additionally, I will add that the AGOL UX doesn't let you change the default value on existing fields (via the Data>Fields tab). If you add a new field, you can set a default. The default value is maintained on the feature service itself. I don't know if the feature service REST API supports changing the default value on the server. If you publish from Pro, you can configure default values before publishing. To support creating new features, ArcGIS does support Feature Templates. Feature templates provide a way to add particular types of features. For example, say you have a trees layer. You might create templates to represent the various types of trees one could add, like 'pine', 'maple', 'birch', and so on. Here's a link to a help topic. Fiona Melville Let's see if I understand your question correctly. You uploaded the attached CSV file as a hosted feature layer and want to use the values in the tree species column to generate a list (domain) from it. The problem is when your CSV gets uploaded, there are no features getting created. It's empty because your latitude and Longitude columns are empty. Basically, without features, the other data in the CSV is lost. There are two options I see: 1. Manually generate the list. You can copy/paste the values in. 2. Enter in a placeholder lat/long value for each record. I used 1,1. This allowed a feature to get created for each species type. Then, you'll be able to auto generate the list. However, you'll have 173 invalid points in your layer, that you'll now need to delete one at a time (no select all, delete). thanks Mike
